Dean Nelson is a Partner at Sageview Capital, which he joined in 2014, where he focuses on sourcing deals, acting as senior representative on transactions, and advising portfolio company management teams on operations. He was previously an Associate at SPO Partners & Co., where he worked on an investment team managing public and private investments across media, software, and energy, and earlier was an analyst in Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Investment Banking Division. Before founding Sageview, he spent 19 years at KKR, becoming a partner in 1994 and establishing and overseeing the firm's European business from 1998 to 2004, and earlier worked in mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Sasank Chary is a Partner at Sageview Capital, where he focuses on fintech investment opportunities and has spent over a decade at the firm as a founding team member. Earlier in his career, he held senior private equity roles at KKR and Reverence Capital Partners, focusing on financial technology, financial software, payments, business services, wealth management, and brokerage. He earned dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences.

Scott Stuart is a Founding Partner of Sageview Capital, where he oversees the firm's business and serves on its Investment and Portfolio Committees. He previously spent 19 years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR), joining in 1986, becoming a partner in 1994, leading the utilities and consumer products industry groups, and serving on KKR's Investment Committee from 2000 to 2005; earlier in his career he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb. He holds an A.B. in English from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Andy Greos is a Principal at Sageview Capital, which he joined in 2023 and where he works out of the Palo Alto office. He previously helped build the investment group at Roofdeck Capital, focusing on fintech, spent three years at TA Associates working on software and technology investments, and began his career in investment banking at FT Partners. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Bill Ingram became a Senior Advisor at Sageview Capital in 2023, following leadership roles in finance and general management at technology companies. He was most recently CFO of Avalara, a cloud-based SaaS tax compliance company, served as interim CFO at Khan Academy, and previously held roles as EVP and Chief of Strategy at Leap Wireless and CEO of Nuera Communications. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Blake Wilson joined Sageview Capital as a Senior Advisor in 2022, advising on a technology fund with a FinTech focus. Over a career of more than 30 years he has led tech-enabled financial services businesses, with experience spanning digital banking, financial technology, wealth management, brokerage, mortgage lending and servicing, and capital markets. He is the Founder and CEO of Monarch Capital Investments, LLC and Monarch Strategic Advisors, LLC.

Mike Crowe joined Sageview Capital as a Senior Advisor in 2023. He spent 34 years at Colgate-Palmolive, serving as Chief Information Officer for his final 9 years, and earlier worked in the healthcare software industry at Shared Medical Systems and Seton Hall University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware.

Oliver Wang is an analyst at Sageview Capital in the Palo Alto office, joining in 2025 after a summer 2024 internship. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics, specializing in Finance and Environmental Studies with a focus on Renewable Energy. During college he held internships in hedge funds and private equity and led the consulting practice at the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact.

Prashanth Palakurthi joined Sageview Capital as a Senior Advisor in 2022. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of Reflexis Systems, which he started in 2001 to develop Retail Execution Management software for store operations and workforce management, and has more than 25 years of experience advising enterprises across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the USA on business and IT strategy. He holds Masters degrees in Mathematics and Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences in India.

Raaga Kannan joined Sageview Capital in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Greenwich office. Previously, Raaga worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, advising on M&A and equity-linked transactions in the healthcare sector. Raaga graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Engineering and Economics.

Roberto Avila joined Sageview Capital in 2015 and is a Partner in the firm's Greenwich office. Before Sageview, he was an Analyst at Lazard Frères, working on M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements in the technology and telecom sectors. He earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sasha Pasmanik joined Sageview Capital in 2025 as an Analyst in the Palo Alto office. Before Sageview, Sasha interned with EY-Parthenon's Software Strategy Group. Sasha holds a degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, majoring in finance with a minor in computer science.

Siddhi Chandak is an Associate at Sageview Capital, based in the Palo Alto office, where she joined in 2022. She previously interned in growth equity at PeakSpan Capital and in venture capital at Accion Global Investments. She holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where she cofounded GrayKea, a startup addressing financial insecurity among college students.

Trent Nelson joined Sageview Capital in 2024 as a Vice President of Growth, working with portfolio companies on growth and value creation while supporting evaluation of potential investments. He previously served as Senior Director of Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations at ZoomInfo, and earlier worked as a private equity investor at Irving Place Capital and as an investment banking analyst at Evercore. He holds a Bachelors in Economics from Harvard.

Will Kunin is a Vice President at Sageview Capital, which he joined in 2020, working out of the Greenwich office on sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and post-investment value creation. He was previously an Associate at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he worked on M&A transactions and debt financings for not-for-profit hospitals and health insurance companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.
