Girish Paranjpe is Chairman of the Board at Mphasis Limited. He brings over 25 years of professional experience spanning management consulting, finance, and general management roles, with eight years in general management positions.

Shailesh Ghorpade has over 23 years of experience in project and corporate finance, M&A, strategy, and private equity real estate across financial services, energy, IT and real estate. Before founding Exfinity, he co-founded and led real estate PE fund Azure Capital and served as Chief Strategy and Planning Officer at Suzlon Energy, with prior senior roles at Birla Global Finance, Tata Finance, Infosys and PwC.

Chinnu has decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, holding technical executive roles at SanDisk, Intel, and Texas Instruments in the US and India, and served as SanDisk's India Country Head. He holds 9 US patents, received India's National Technology Award, and sits on the Investment Committee of the government's DLI Scheme. He earned an MSEE from the University of Utah and a B.E. from Guindy Engineering College, Anna University.

Electrical Engineering graduate from IIT Bombay with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Before Exfinity he was a graphics hardware engineer at Intel India and an investment banking associate at Avendus Capital, and has cleared CFA Level I. He focuses on deeptech, sustainability, SaaS, and fintech investments.

Arundhati Menon is an Associate Vice President at Exfinity Venture Partners, where she works across the investment lifecycle including sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support for early-stage B2B technology and deep-technology startups. She was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree in 2026.

Deepak Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 30 years of experience in finance leadership roles at organizations including Infosys, HCL Technologies, CGI Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Indian Oil Corporation. He serves as Managing Partner at Bluereservoir Business Services LLP and as CFO for Exfinity Technology Fund and Aaruha Technology Fund, where he oversees finance and fund operations with emphasis on governance and compliance.

Nitin Lalwani is responsible for fund raising and portfolio management at Exfinity Venture Partners. His background includes management consulting, early-stage startup leadership, and founding experience, with current focus areas spanning AI computing infrastructure, quantum computing, and consumer psychology. He previously worked in M&A at Deloitte.

Prachi Singh is Vice President of Portfolio Management at Exfinity Venture Partners, where she focuses on investments in AI, DeepTech, and B2B technology across the India–US corridor. She serves as board observer and portfolio lead for companies including Ati Robotics, CloudSEK, RagaAI, Qritive, GridRaster, and Eccentric, supporting founders in robotics, cybersecurity, AI evaluation, and spatial intelligence through capital allocation, strategic partnerships, and operational scaling. Prior to joining Exfinity, she held consulting, growth, and operating roles at venture-backed startups, assisting with revenue expansion and go-to-market scaling across India and Southeast Asia.

R Abhijith Menon is an Operations Analyst at Exfinity Venture Partners, where he manages investor relations, portfolio operations, and marketing strategy. His responsibilities include LP reporting and communication, fundraising support, and the development of operational dashboards and CRM systems for portfolio tracking and deal pipeline management. He also oversees the firm's marketing and brand initiatives across digital and offline channels.
