Carlalberto Guglielminotti is a Partner at Entracap and former CEO of the NHOA Group, which he led for 12 years following its transformation from an academic spin-off into a global energy storage and e-mobility platform. Under his leadership, NHOA grew from revenues below 1 million euros in 2015 to over 270 million euros by 2023, completed an IPO on Euronext Paris, and expanded to more than 600 employees across five continents before delisting in December 2024 at a 540 million euro valuation.
