Valia is a generalist, multi-stage venture firm that invests in bold founders with large visions from the earliest stages of company building. It operates three sequential funds: a Pre-Seed Fund writing $50K-$250K first checks at formation, an Early-Stage Fund writing $250K-$1.5M first checks in Seed and Series A rounds with follow-on reserves, and an Opportunity Fund investing up to $50M in mature companies (Series B onward) and situations outside the traditional venture model. The firm stays sector-agnostic, betting on teams building at the intersection of categories, and aims to be a long-term partner across a company's lifecycle. Most of its portfolio is US-based, but it also pursues opportunities in Europe and emerging markets.
