Sebastian Czerwiński is a finance professional with more than ten years of experience in finance, tax, and accounting. He joined Inovo in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees the firm's back office operations, reporting, tax, legal, and investment processes. Prior to Inovo, he worked in consulting, private equity, and real estate.

Tomasz Swieboda is a Partner at Inovo VC who manages the firm's team and focuses on supporting founders in the CEE region. Before Inovo, he spent three years in investment banking at Rothschild and three years in private equity at Penta. He is interested in second-time founders, B2B companies targeting the US market, and green tech and impact startups.

Ariel Finkelstein focuses on SaaS and typically takes an active chairman or board member role in the companies he works with, aiming to build high-growth businesses. His experience spans product, sales, marketing, HR, and go-to-market execution. He contributed to shaping the Microsoft accelerator in Israel and helped build the Kama Tech accelerator.

Damian Zapłata is the CEO of MODIVO. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member at Allegro, taking the company through a EUR 20m IPO, and held roles as General Manager at First Data Poland, Managing Director at Loyalty Partner, President of the Board at First Data, and Partner at McKinsey & Company. His expertise covers general management, commercial and business development, loyalty and direct marketing, and strategic management consulting.

Daria Meysztowicz-Matusiak is Legal Counsel at Inovo VC, joining in May 2023. She previously spent five years as a lawyer at another venture capital fund in Poland and has taken part in investment and exit processes across Europe and the US. Her work at Inovo covers fund corporate governance, investment and exit structuring and negotiations, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.

Dawid Sugier joined Inovo in late 2022 as part of the deal team. He focuses on founders building marketplaces and B2C/B2SMB products, and supports portfolio companies with dashboards, analytics, and financials.

Michał Scipio del Campo joined Inovo in 2019 in an investor relations role. He previously spent nearly a decade in the banking industry, focusing on wealth management at ING, BNP Paribas, and Noble Bank. As a business angel he backed the startups Wedding.pl and FitAdept, and he has an interest in the cryptocurrency market.

Paulina Motty has worked at Inovo VC for over five years, starting as an Office Manager and now focusing on operations and events. She supports the Inovo team and organizes team-building activities and offsites.

Zuzanna Kompowska is an Analyst at Inovo VC, where she supports sourcing and evaluating early-stage startups. Her interests include founders building in AI-SaaS, future of work, digital health, and consumer tech, with a particular focus on AI applied to healthcare and productivity.
