Alexandra Kurmulis joined Capnamic as Investment Manager after five years at Perpetual Investors, the family office of a luxury-brand founder, where she built its VC program in Munich focused on European growth-stage software companies. She is also an active angel investor and studied at Columbia University.

Jason Grüninger is an Investment Analyst at Capnamic, focusing on identifying and evaluating early-stage startups. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering and business from RWTH Aachen University and previously worked with Capnamic's investment team as an intern and working student. He also gained experience in the strategy department of portfolio company Userlane and in consulting roles.

Markus Merz joined Capnamic in early 2021, first as an intern and then as a working student on the Finance and Investment Team. Before Capnamic, he worked at companies including LeanIX and several startups across the food, housing, and fashion sectors. In 2019 he co-founded the RHIVE conference, which supports the startup community in the Rhineland.

Geraldine Hake joined Capnamic in 2025. She previously spent more than 12 years with the FOND OF Group in People & Culture roles and as Chief of Staff for the brands AEVOR and pinqponq.

Marei von Fürstenberg is a member of Capnamic's investment team with six years of experience in private equity and venture capital, largely on the LP side. Before Capnamic, she worked at KfW DEG developing early-growth and venture strategies across Latin America and India, held LPAC roles advising international funds, and served as a board observer for portfolio companies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master's in Specialized Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics.

Nathalie König joined Capnamic in early 2021, where she oversees finance-related activities for the funds and advises portfolio companies. Before Capnamic, she spent over four years at Deloitte as a financial advisor working on financial due diligence. She studied in London and holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance.

Ronja Gantzke studied Business Administration at the University of Greifswald, earning a Diploma after five years with a focus on accounting and controlling. Before joining Capnamic, she gained experience through audit and tax advisory internships at Mazars and KPMG, worked as a student trainee at a tax consultancy, and served as Head of Quality and Finance at a student consultancy in Greifswald.

Verena Bösterling joined Capnamic in May 2022, with a background in marketing. She previously worked for four and a half years at the marketing agency Kammann Rossi in Cologne, and holds a Master's degree in Communication, Multimedia and Market Management from Hochschule Düsseldorf.
