Vybe is a San Francisco-based software company that lets employees build internal business applications by describing them in natural language, and run autonomous AI agents ("AI coworkers") on top of those applications. The company positions itself as bringing vibe coding — using AI and natural-language prompts instead of traditional programming — into the corporate environment, where general-purpose vibe-coding tools have mainly served prototypes, landing pages and side projects rather than production, data-connected internal systems.

The product combines three layers: connecting company context and production data sources, generating custom internal apps, and deploying agents that operate inside those apps. Pre-built building blocks include integrations (Gmail, Google Calendar, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, Postgres, MySQL, Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks and, per the company, 3,000+ integrations), single sign-on, authentication, roles, environments, deployments and review flows, plus AI tools such as web search and summarization. AI coworkers operate in Slack public channels and DMs, can be mentioned individually or together, route work between each other, use only approved tools, ask before acting, log actions for review, and can run workflows on demand or on a schedule. The company states the security and permissioning layer is not vibe-coded and cannot be modified by AI, and that customer data is handled with scoped permissions and isolated context. Vybe supports switching between frontier models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.

Alongside the builder, Vybe distributes remixable templates co-created with operators — for example performance-review and one-on-one frameworks from Lenny Rachitsky and Mathilde Collin, a build-vs-buy framework from Sue Nallapeta, and feedback-triage and customer-feedback-hub templates — covering marketing, product, support, recruiting, HR, operations, compliance and go-to-market use cases. Founding story

Vybe was founded in 2025 by two repeat Y Combinator founders. CEO Quang Hoang previously cofounded Plato (YC W16), an engineering-leadership mentorship platform that reached $5M ARR, served customers including Airbnb, Stripe, Coinbase, Slack and Twilio, built a community of 30,000+ engineering leaders, raised $23M from investors including Slack, FundersClub, S28 Capital and SaaSTR Fund, grew to 70 people, and was acquired by Coda, where Hoang then led product and go-to-market for Coda Solutions. CTO Fabien Devos founded Wolfia (YC S22), was previously Director of Engineering at Wealthfront and an engineer at Facebook/Meta, and created the mobile coding game Hacked, which reached one million downloads. The pair built Vybe after observing that fast-growing teams lose engineering capacity to internal glue work while existing vibe-coding tools could not safely reach company data.

Cited outcomes include a CEO saving roughly two days per week by running customer success operations on Vybe, a customer ingesting millions of warehouse rows to build BI-style internal views, and a customer replacing Metabase and Looker with Vybe connected to Redshift. By February 2026 the company reported dozens of customers and six employees; the YC profile listed a team size of eight. Internally, the company reports growing its blog search impressions roughly 13x in five months using its own AI agents.

In February 2026, Business Insider reported the $10M raise and published Vybe's pitch deck, noting six employees, dozens of customers, plans to hire engineers, and pricing of $12 per user per month plus usage credits.
