Rob Schultz is a Managing Partner at Serra Ventures, an early growth stage venture capital firm, with over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and technology investor. He previously served as Managing Director at Illinois Ventures and a Partner in the Illinois Emerging Technology Funds, and earlier founded and led DigitalWork, Inc., a SaaS marketing platform for small businesses, which he grew from startup through an IPO process while raising over $65 million in venture capital. He was also President of Nequity, a Signet Bank subsidiary, and worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company and Deloitte and Touche.
