Nicole Conner is a Partner at Airbus Ventures based in New York City. Before joining the firm, she worked at Arnold & Porter LLP, where she advised borrowers, lenders, and private equity funds on credit facilities and acquisition financings. She holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in International Studies and Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies from the University of Richmond.

Abigail Hitchcock is a Principal at Airbus Ventures with a background spanning innovation and finance. She previously worked at Acxiom and LiveRamp during a period of M&A activity, at Silicon Valley Bank supporting founders with debt financing, and as an investment banker at Axcel working on minority capital raises, mergers, and acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University and studied Economics at Sophia University in Tokyo.

Kristina Deighan is the Talent Principal at Airbus Ventures, based in Menlo Park, CA. She previously worked at ZX Ventures, the VC and innovation arm of AB InBev, where she handled fund management and supported portfolio companies with talent and recruiting across six global markets, and earlier held HR and operational roles at AB InBev and Citi. She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Jonathan B. Miller is a Program Engineer at MIT who works as a venture investor, founder, and advisor focused on deep technology commercialization. He previously held positions at Alphabet X and Airbus Ventures, and maintains teaching and research affiliations at MIT in smart manufacturing, machine learning, and corporate innovation. Miller has led venture creation efforts spanning robotics, distributed systems, and frontier technologies across mobility, manufacturing, and environmental sectors, and hosts Tough Tech Today, a podcast featuring technology entrepreneurs.

Anri Takeno is a Project Manager at Airbus Ventures, where she runs the firm's Tokyo regional office and supports local programming and events across the Asia Pacific region. She earned a dual Bachelor of Foreign Studies and English Language and Communication from KGU in Japan.

Dorian Merritt is Head of Finance at Airbus Ventures, responsible for the firm's financial planning, reporting, and operational controls. She has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience, beginning at PwC and later serving as controller for a public software company before moving into venture capital roles at Lightspeed Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and ONSET Ventures, and most recently as CFO at Tenaya Capital. She is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz and an MS in Accountancy from San Jose State University.

Hyunwoong Kim grew up in Japan and Korea and began his venture capital career at SBI, where he worked on overseas investments across a range of sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astrophysics from Nagoya University. While studying, he launched a project supporting foreign students in Japan and interned at Nagoya University helping researchers commercialize their scientific work.

Mike Walsh is a Senior Associate at Airbus Ventures based in Washington, D.C., working with portfolio companies focused on dual-use technologies and supporting deep-tech founders. Before joining the firm, he spent six years in Bridge Bank's Technology Banking Division, providing venture debt to early-stage technology startups and managing client relationships. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a B.S. from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Orli Herschmann is Head of Strategy and Communication at Airbus Ventures, where she builds brand systems across the portfolio and contributes to the firm's investment practice. She previously worked at Atlas AI, a GeoAI platform, and has a background with the USC Shoah Foundation. She holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California and is an alumna of Harvard University.

Tatiana Brown is Operations Manager at Airbus Ventures, where she also acts as Ethics and Compliance Officer (overseeing KYS/KYC in procurement and due diligence) and as CISO responsible for physical and cyber security. She participates in diligence for defense and government-related deals, drawing on her military background. Before Airbus Ventures she served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, and she holds a B.A. in Political Science from Purdue University.

Thomas d'Halluin is the Managing Partner of Airbus Ventures, based in Silicon Valley. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he has two decades of aerospace experience across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and finance roles in Europe and China, including three years based in Shanghai, and previously served as Chief of Staff to the Airbus CFO. He holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from McGill University/Ecole des Mines and was named a French-American Foundation Young Leader in 2016.

Matthieu Repellin has ten years of experience providing research, analytical support, and strategic recommendations to executives, with a focus on startups, emerging business models, and disruptive technologies. His expertise spans corporate strategy, business and market analysis, and competitive intelligence across sectors including semiconductors, automotive, IoT, and renewable energy. He holds an MBA and engineering degree with background in global mobility.

Dirk Hoke is President and Chief Executive Officer of Voith Group. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple industries and continents, including previous roles as CEO of Siemens Africa, CEO of Industrial Solutions at Siemens, CEO of Airbus Defence and Space, and CEO of Volocopter. His career began at Renault and has focused on digital transformation, technology development, and sustainable business practices.

Grayson Stallman is a Principal at NewSpace Capital, where he focuses on growth-stage space investments. He previously worked as a venture capital investor at Airbus Ventures and as an investment banker covering deep technology sectors. Stallman grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, near NASA's John Glenn Space Center.
