Joined Inventure as an intern in 2015 and rose to become one of the youngest partners in European VC. Focuses on sustainable resources, the fashion supply chain, proptech, and marketplaces, and has served on the boards of Swappie, Umbra, Nordigen, and Material Exchange. Holds a Master's in Information Networks from Aalto University and spent a year as VP of Growth at Material Exchange.

Magda Lukaszewicz is a Senior Associate at Lavni Ventures, a deep-tech and impact-focused venture capital firm, where she works on investments and operations. She previously worked in investments at an impact accelerator supporting over 40 early-stage portfolio companies, and before that raised venture capital, LP, and debt funding for a California-based proptech and private equity firm. Earlier in her career, she managed global contracts exceeding USD 5 million for a manufacturing firm serving public companies in the US, Switzerland, and Germany.

Timo co-founded Inventure in 2005 with Sami, having started his first investment firm in the 1990s. A Physics major, he focuses on R&D- and science-driven portfolio companies and is a seasoned Nordic investor and board member.

Anna Salminen is a Senior Internal Operations Manager at Inventure, a venture capital firm, where she focuses on organization, coordination, and process development. Her background includes office management, administrative support, and HR, with prior experience spanning early childhood education and business development and HR in the insurance sector.
