Kyriakos Souroulla is Portfolio Reporting Manager at RTP Global, where he oversees portfolio reporting, monitoring, and valuations across the firm's investments. He started his career at PwC London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) with a focus on auditing valuations for venture capital and private equity funds, and later worked on portfolio reporting and valuations at Dawn Capital before leading budgeting and reporting at Zorbas Group in Cyprus.

Louis Dussart is a VP on RTP Global's European team, working out of the firm's Paris office and focusing on early-stage companies in AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, infrastructure, and energy. Before joining RTP Global in 2020, he was an Analyst at White Star Capital, where he supported deals in North America and Europe, and previously founded Mood, a livestreaming and ecommerce app on WeChat, serving as CEO. He holds a master's in Finance from HEC Paris and in Data Science from Polytechnique.

Mahima Selvakumar is a member of RTP Global's legal team based in the Bengaluru office, where she handles legal aspects of primary and secondary investments, advises investment teams across the deal cycle from term sheet to closing, and supports portfolio management, internal legal operations, and compliance. Before joining RTP Global, she spent six years at full-service law firms in India advising PE/VC funds, startups, and multinational companies on transactional and corporate matters, including deal documentation, legal due diligence, and regulatory analysis. She graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2019 with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.).

Nara Kerimova is Head of Administration at RTP Global, based in London, where she manages administrative staff across the firm's offices and oversees operating methods and policies. She previously worked in the Product & Growth team at CRED across consumer payment products and interned at FamPay, a neobank for teenagers. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Gargi College, University of Delhi.

Smita Goel is part of the finance team at RTP Global, managing finance, tax and compliance for the RTP Group across the SEA, India and MENA regions, and supporting portfolio companies on legal, tax and structuring matters in India and SEA. She previously was a partner at a law firm where she built a tax structuring and deals practice, and worked in tax and regulatory roles at EY and PwC, as well as serving as tax head for Allstate India. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate, with experience in M&A, tax litigation, corporate and personal taxation, structuring, transfer pricing and regulatory matters.

Thomas Marano is an early-stage investor at RTP Global focused on enterprise software, developer tools, and AI. Before joining the firm, he spent five years as an operator across product, engineering, and go-to-market, including work as a backend engineer at Duffel, leading a product team at Farewill, and time on the go-to-market team at Intercom. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Yale University.

Tom Sheridan is a VP on RTP Global's US team, focusing on early-stage investments in AI/ML, infrastructure, dev tooling, and B2B SaaS. Before joining RTP Global in 2021, he was a Technical Operations Executive at email security company Tessian, and earlier managed autonomous EV operations at Aurrigo. He studied Biological Sciences at the University of Bristol.

Vasso Fantousi is a member of the legal team at RTP Global, where she provides legal support to the investment team across primary and secondary deals, from due diligence through to exit, and assists with daily legal operations of the firm's global offices. She joined RTP Global in 2018 after working in the legal team of a multinational firm, focusing on corporate law and consulting and investment services. She holds a law degree from the University of Leicester and an LLM from Nottingham Trent University.
