Stéphanie Hospital is the founder and CEO of OneRagtime. She previously led the Digital Business Unit at Orange, one of Europe's largest telecommunications companies, where she handled major M&A activity, including the acquisition of DailyMotion, and established partnerships with companies such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft. She also sits on the board of France Digitale, a European venture capital and startup association.

Maël is a VC at OneRagtime who joined in 2024. He was previously Principal at Orange Ventures, sitting on the boards of companies including Bigblue, Airalo and Ringover, and earlier founded a small-cap M&A boutique. He holds a Master's in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Iness El Haid is a VC at OneRagtime, where she sources and analyzes investment opportunities from initial sourcing through closing. She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and previously interned as a VC Analyst at Épopée Gestion and Frenchsquare.

Emma Veron-Durand handles corporate and regulatory legal matters for OneRagtime's funds, club-deal investments, and portfolio companies. She previously worked as a lawyer in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity at Chammas & Marcheteau. She holds a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat and a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier.

Fortune Max is a senior full stack developer at OneRagtime. He has worked across areas including computer architecture and software design, with expertise in C++ and Python.

Justine Roux is Head of Finance at OneRagtime. She previously spent five years at Ernst & Young in audit and financial advisory, followed by five years at Eight Advisory in transaction services, where she supported clients on the financial aspects of M&A operations.

Léo Viguier has a background in both business (ESSEC) and technology (42). At OneRagtime, he manages the tech team in Barcelona, focusing on automating time-consuming processes using technology and AI.

Louis Pradere leads Investor Relations at OneRagtime. Before joining the firm, he worked at Ardian and La Financière de l'Échiquier. He holds a Master of Management with a finance focus from IÉSEG School of Management.

Myriam Bensiali serves as Finance and Office Manager at OneRagtime, where she handles the firm's financial management and administrative organization.

Patrick Sayer became President of the Paris Commercial Court in January 2024, having served as a consular judge there since 2014. He previously built Augusta SAS, a family investment company, and led Eurazeo as Chairman of the Executive Board, following senior roles at Lazard Frères where he became Global Head of M&A in the technology sector. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique, École des Mines de Paris, and Panthéon-Assas University.

Philippe Bourguignon is a partner at Revolution, where he manages investments in innovative companies. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Revolution Places and led turnarounds at Club Med and Euro Disney, and has held roles at Accor and the World Economic Forum. He co-founded Monthly Barometer and holds French honors including Knight of the Legion of Honor and Officer of the National Order of Merit.

Philippe Carle works in the insurance industry and holds a diploma from the École Nationale d'Assurances (ENASS). Since 2001 he has been President of Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) France and chairs the supervisory boards of Marsh, Mercer, and Guy Carpenter. He has been recognized as a Knight and Officer in several French orders.

Theo Govaers is an Investor Relations Analyst at OneRagtime. He previously held strategic roles at various startups in Japan. He studied for a bachelor's degree at Northeastern University and LSE, and is currently studying at ESCP Business School with a focus on Finance.

Virginie Morgon is the former CEO of Eurazeo, where she led its transformation into a global investment firm managing over €30Bn after joining in 2008. Before that she spent 16 years at Lazard advising international clients and became the firm's youngest managing senior partner. She holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris and Bocconi University and has been recognized as a Knight of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit.
