David Zimmer has worked in operational and investment roles across his career, having lived through two boom-and-bust cycles that shaped his focus on evaluating the substance and sustainability of business models. His previous positions include roles at T-Mobile International, Waterland Private Equity, Altira, and Quadriga Capital. He trained as an attorney at law (Julius Maximilian University Würzburg and Universitat de Barcelona) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and WHU.

Lennart Fritzsche works with founding teams at coparion, focusing on early-stage startups and emphasizing team quality and financial metrics in his evaluations. His prior career includes roles at SMP Strategy Consulting, FINN, and Rocket Internet's B2B Food Group (Caterwings). He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and Queen's University Kingston, and an M.Sc. in Management and Information Systems from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.

Sven Hentschel studied European Finance & Accounting in Bremen and Leeds and spent over five years at KPMG in financial services, where he also founded and sold a cloud-based reporting platform for investors and capital seekers. He later led the controlling department of a real estate group, focusing on digital transformation in finance. As CFO at coparion, he oversees finance and controlling with an emphasis on data-driven corporate management.

Christoph Broja is a Partner at EQT Life Sciences with investment experience across healthcare and life sciences sectors. He has participated in approximately 10 growth equity and venture investments in biotech, pharma, molecular diagnostics, and healthcare services, and has been involved in deal origination, due diligence, valuation, portfolio management, and exit planning across funds deploying approximately $2 billion. He holds the CFA charter.

Felix joined Riverside in 2022 after being a Senior Investment Associate at Coparion, where he sat on two portfolio company boards, and founded publishing company EK2 Publishing. He holds a B.A. in International Business from Rhine-Waal University and a master's in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Kevin Heidrich is an investor at Coparion who focuses on identifying disruptive technologies and business models and supporting early-stage founders. His background spans startups, investing, capital markets, and consulting, with prior roles at Freigeist Capital, Volkswagen Financial Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Commerzbank, and Pippa&Jean. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration from Justus-Liebig-University Gießen and studied at the University of Queensland and the University of International Business and Economics Beijing.

Investor with over a decade of experience in early- to growth-stage ventures, most recently at Trill Impact. Has held multiple board roles and focused on companies coupling software with real-world assets and operations.

Vera Mehler has a scientific background in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy, and focuses on life science companies at coparion. She previously worked at ProPharma Group and the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC), and holds a PhD in stem cell biology/immunology from University College London, an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London, and a BSc in Biology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
