Chris Carey is a Partner on the investment team at Stripes, where he works with the firm's consumer companies and serves on the Investment Committee. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Ken Fox founded Stripes and serves as a Partner on the investment team, working with consumer and enterprise companies, and sits on the firm's Investment Committee. Before Stripes, he invested in and operated several technology-enabled and consumer businesses, including SmartWool and NetQuote, and was a Managing Director and co-founder of Internet Capital Group, Inc. and founder and Chairman of ICG Asia Ltd. Earlier he directed West Coast operations for Safeguard Scientifics and co-founded A-10 Capital, and he holds a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Basil Alomary leads the team at Stripes responsible for diligence and evaluation of the firm's consumer and enterprise investments. He previously worked as a consultant in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company and served as Head of Growth at Simon Data. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Cognitive Science from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Courtney Daar leads people and development functions at Stripes, covering talent recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and firm culture. Before joining Stripes, she worked as a recruiter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She earned a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and a B.A. in Spanish from Vanderbilt University.

Elizabeth Kalaris leads talent recruitment for Stripes' portfolio companies across the consumer and enterprise sectors. Before Stripes, she worked as an executive recruiter at Korn Ferry in the consumer and marketing practices, focusing on marketing roles within CPG, retail, and media for Fortune 500 and VC-backed companies. She holds a B.A. in History from Dickinson College.

Alex Gochal is Tax Director at Stripes, working on tax reporting and compliance for the firm and its funds. He previously served as Private Equity and Venture Capital Tax Lead at Point72 and as a Senior Manager in KPMG's M&A tax practice, and earlier worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney in Complex Litigation for the State of Connecticut. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from New York Law School.

Amelia Armstrong is an Executive Assistant at Stripes. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at ICONIQ, supporting the business development team with sourcing and onboarding high net-worth clients, and provided administrative support to the advisory team at BBR Partners. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Campbell University.

Brigitte Kleine is an Operating Partner at Stripes focused on branded consumer businesses in fashion and retail. She is CEO and a board member of KHAITE and sits on the boards of Reformation and Shibumi. Earlier she was President of Tory Burch, President of Michael Kors Collection and Alexander McQueen, and President of International and Licensing at Donna Karan.

Brooke Kenerson works on marketing and community at Stripes, supporting connections across the firm's executive and portfolio networks through event strategy, communications, and brand initiatives. Previously, she led executive engagement for technical leadership at Amazon Web Services and managed marketing and programming for the company's first GenAI innovation center. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy and a Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Duke University.

Charlie Carter is a member of the investment team at Stripes, focusing on enterprise. Before Stripes, he worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, supporting software diligence within the firm's Private Equity Group. He holds a B.S. in Business and Global Affairs from Georgetown University.

Danielle Ciocco is Controller at Stripes, where she works on financial reporting and accounting for the firm and its funds. She previously worked at the venture firm Revolution and, before that, at alternative credit asset manager Invictus Capital Partners, and earlier served as an auditor at Baker Tilly providing assurance services to private asset management and real estate companies. She holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Business Law from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Gabby Cabeza is a member of the investment team at Stripes, where she focuses on consumer. She previously worked as an investor at Bain Capital on buyout investments across consumer and technology. She graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies.

Jen Fetterman works on the Investor Relations team at Stripes. She previously served as an Investor Relations Analyst at M13 and held investor relations roles at Waterloo Associates and Thrive FP. She earned a B.A. in European History from Arizona State University.

Julie Herendeen is an Operating Partner at Stripes focused on enterprise companies. Before Stripes, she was CMO at PagerDuty, where she led marketing and inbound sales through the company's IPO, and previously led marketing and the self-service business at Dropbox, B2B marketing at Uber, and was founding CMO at Lookout and Shutterfly. Earlier in her career she led product teams at Yahoo!, Netscape, and Apple.

Kaki Caceres oversees financial reporting and accounting functions at Stripes. She previously worked as an Assistant Controller at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, and held similar roles at Magnitude Capital, LLC and Van Eck Global, after beginning her career at PwC. She holds a B.S. in Accounting with minors in Finance and International Business from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Karen Kenworthy is a Board and Advisory Partner at Stripes, focusing on the firm's consumer and healthcare companies after 16 years on the investment team. Before Stripes, she worked as a consultant at Bain and Company. She holds a B.A. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Kate Ingram is an Executive Assistant at Stripes, where she supports the enterprise team. Margaret Barrientos oversees financial reporting and accounting functions for Stripes and its funds, and manages the firm's compliance program. She previously worked as a Manager at Ernst and Young, LLP, serving clients in the Wealth and Asset Management practice. Before Stripes, he was COO of Cloudera, where he was involved in the company's $5B acquisition by KKR and CD&R, and previously held C-level roles at Pivotal Software and Medallia. Earlier in his career he worked at Nortel, Inktomi, and VMware, where he was an early go-to-market leader between 2003 and 2013.
