Pierre Moustial is a healthtech executive and dealmaker who previously served as CEO of Urgo, which he grew from €30m to €700m in revenue through innovation and M&A, and as CEO of Fournier Pharma, which he sold to Solvay for €1.3bn. He started his career as a finance instructor and healthtech merchant banker at Paribas. He is Chairman Emeritus of the MedTech industry association in France and holds a degree from HEC Paris.

Samuel Levy is a physician entrepreneur who began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York before attending Harvard Medical School. While a second-year medical student, he co-founded Allurion Technologies, a medical device company he helped build from concept to commercialization across more than 30 countries. He holds degrees from Yale College and Harvard Medical School and was a Fulbright Scholar to France at the Pasteur Institute.

Edoardo Fracchia is an investor with over 15 years of experience in private equity. He began his career at Idinvest working on minority equity deals and secondary transactions, then moved to BlackFin Capital Partners where he handled deal execution and portfolio management, and later joined Eurazeo focusing on deal origination and execution across sectors including medtech, financial services, and TMT. He is a graduate of ESCP, City University London, and the University of Turin.

Victor Decrion was previously a partner at Five Arrows Principal Investments, the mid-market fund of Rothschild & Co Merchant Banking, where he concentrated on Healthtech investments. He joined Rothschild & Co in 2008 to help establish Five Arrows, the firm's private equity arm. Before that, he worked as a corporate lawyer in New York and Paris.

Alessandra Malaval joined Lauxera Capital Partners as an Investment Analyst in January 2022. Before that, she completed internships in investment banking at Lazard, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan in Paris and London, and in private equity at Eurazeo, where she analyzed buyout opportunities within the Mid-Cap generalist team. She holds a Master in Financial and Economic Engineering from Paris Dauphine University.

Pauline Ritter joined Lauxera Capital Partners as a Principal on the Investment Team in January 2025. She started in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London, then spent three years in private equity at Clayton Dubilier & Rice working on large-cap multi-sector deals across retail, business services, and healthtech, before joining the mid-cap team at Montagu in Paris. She graduated from CentraleSupélec and holds a Master's in Financial Mathematics from University College London.

Victoire Ribert joined Lauxera Capital Partners' investment team as an Associate in April 2023. She previously worked in investment banking at mid-cap advisory firm Scalene Partners, contributing to buyout transactions across sectors, and completed internships in M&A and ECM at Société Générale and in private equity at HIG Capital. She holds a Master's in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.

Adrian Péfau joined Lauxera Capital Partners as an Analyst on the investment team in January 2025. Before that, he interned in private equity at Ardian's Co-Investment team, working on large-cap buyout transactions, and completed two mid-cap M&A internships at Alantra and Translink CF. He holds a Master's in Finance, Banking and Insurance from Paris Dauphine University.

Anaïs Raevel joined Lauxera Capital Partners as an Analyst in July 2025. Before this, she completed several private equity internships, including one at Eurazeo focused on healthtech investments, and pharmaceutical industry internships at Pfizer and Merck in international strategy and corporate development roles. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Paris Cité University and a master's degree in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Anna Yang works at Lauxera Capital Partners, having previously been Chief of Staff to the CFO at Louvre Hotels Group. She has over six years of experience at EY and CGI Consulting, focused on transaction services for financial institutional clients. She studied at Peking University, completed a BA with honors at The University of Hong Kong, and earned a Grande École degree from EM Lyon Business School; she has been a CFA charter holder since 2017.

Delphine Leduc began her career in Montreal at an event staffing agency, where over about ten years she worked in roles including head of recruitment, project manager, and director of operations. She holds a degree from Paris 8 University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She serves as Office Manager at Lauxera Capital Partners in Paris.

Lise de Courville joined Lauxera Capital Partners following a career spanning finance and entrepreneurship. She previously managed the open innovation program in the Fund of Funds division at Bpifrance, worked with the private rental startup onefinestay through its acquisition by Accor, and spent several years as a management consultant at Solucom (now Wavestone). She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris and Berlin) and Lund University.

Louis Sévin joined Lauxera Capital Partners' investment team as an Associate in February 2026. Before Lauxera, he spent two years in Investment Banking at Degroof Petercam in Paris, working on M&A and DCM transactions, and previously interned at Degroof Petercam and in Private Equity at L-GAM in London. He holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School with a specialization in Corporate Finance.

Pauline Bowman joined Lauxera Capital Partners as Compliance Officer and Middle Office Manager in April 2025. She previously worked as Customer Service Director at a med-tech company, overseeing global operations across more than 60 markets. She holds a Master's degree in European Legal Studies from the UK and a second Master's degree in Human Rights from Austria, with focus areas in compliance, governance, and business ethics.

Rémi Joubert joined Lauxera Capital Partners' investment team as an Analyst in July 2023. He previously completed M&A internships at Bank of America and Rothschild & Co, along with a private equity internship at SWEN Capital Partners. He graduated from the ESSEC Grande Ecole Program, holds a Master's in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, and is an Associate Actuary of the French Institute of Actuaries.

Previously VP Marketing at Braeburn with senior leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Teva and Anesiva. Holds a BA in communication from Villanova.

Oern R. Stuge, M.D., MBA, is Chairman of Orsco Lifesciences AG and a member of the investment committee at Intuitive Ventures, with over 30 years of experience in the life sciences sector. Prior to founding Orsco, he spent 12 years at Medtronic, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and President of EMEA, Canada and Emerging Markets, Senior Vice President and President of Cardiac Surgery, and as a member of the company's Executive and Operating Committees. Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at Abbott Laboratories Inc., served as CEO of Medinor A/S, and worked as a practicing physician.
