ICU Ventures backs ambitious founders building breakthrough companies across emerging markets, believing technology can unlock the hidden potential of these markets. Since 2018 it has made over 30 investments across four continents, with check sizes ranging by stage. Its strategy centers on two areas: global software - where it favors deep tech, mobility and enterprise software, often partnering with founders rooted in Eastern Europe - and emerging markets fintech, backing companies offering credit and financial services to populations in Asia, Africa and Latin America, as well as those building next-generation financial infrastructure for these growing markets. It offers founders capital plus access to its global network.
