Géraldine Lanthier is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at MBO+, a French lower mid-market private equity platform, where she also serves on the Executive Committee. She has 18 years of private equity experience, including more than a decade in the investment team completing lower mid-market transactions and sitting on portfolio company boards, followed by seven years leading investor relations and fundraising. Her fundraising work includes €320m raised for Buyout Fund V, €230m for a continuation vehicle, and €100m raised toward a €150m target for a first-time Flex strategy, with LP coverage spanning pension funds, insurers, funds of funds, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds across France and Europe.

Pauline Cornu-Thenard is General Manager at MBO+. She began her career practicing banking and financial law for eight years at Gide in Paris and Linklaters LLP in Paris and London, before joining the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Group in 2010, where she held roles including in-house lawyer, Deputy to the Group General Counsel, and Group Chief Risk Officer and Executive Committee member. In 2020, she joined the real estate asset management firm Atream as Deputy General Manager, overseeing fundraising and corporate services such as HR, finance, legal, communication, IT, compliance, and ESG.

Florian Le Vavasseur serves as Company Officer (Secrétaire Général) at MBO+. He has nine years of experience in the financial sector, spanning audit of company financial statements across various industries, private equity, and asset management. His responsibilities have included team management and overseeing compliance and the application of policies and processes.

Jacqueline de Villoutreys works in private equity and joined MBO+ in 2007 as a Financial Controller. She previously spent ten years as an Accountant at Initiative & Finance, and has also worked at a German soap manufacturer and as a professional coach. She holds a DUT in Finance from the Université de Sceaux and has completed several units of the DECF accounting and finance diploma.

Xuan Ye is Managing Director at Collyer Capital, serving as a senior advisor to private equity and venture capital-backed companies on operations, governance, and value creation. Ye also holds board member and family office roles, and has cross-border experience across the UK, France, Italy, Singapore, and China.
