Eva Wang is Partner, COO, and General Counsel at AI Fund, where she oversees finance, legal, HR, investor relations, and office administration, and was part of the firm's founding team. A corporate securities lawyer, she previously was a partner in the corporate practice at Silicon Valley law firm Fenwick & West, advising technology startups and venture capital firms, and led the opening of Shanghai offices for two US law firms. She holds a law degree from New York University and a bachelor's in economics and statistics from the University of Western Ontario, and is fluent in Mandarin.

Perry Wu, a VC and repeat founder, personally funded and built BitGravity’s CDN for HD streaming, bootstrapped companies to revenue, and brings deep infrastructure expertise and empathy for capital-efficient founders.

A technology and digital transformation executive with over 25 years of experience, having held CEO, Fortune 100 executive, entrepreneur, and board roles at companies including Walmart, CBS, Yahoo!, and Apple. He founded Dotspotter (acquired by CBS) and Dot & Bo (now part of Alibaba), holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and serves on boards including Spryker Systems and Civio.ai.

Bill MacCartney is CTO in Residence at SignalFire. He previously served as VP of Machine Learning at Cohere, where he led a team of 50+ scientists and engineers on large language models, and held roles including Director of Proactive Intelligence at Apple, Consulting Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University, Managing Director at BlackRock, and Senior Research Scientist at Google.

Dan Landau is Head of Marketing at AI Fund, Andrew Ng's venture studio, where he leads marketing strategy, event production, and advisory services for early-stage founding teams. He has built marketing functions from scratch at multiple organizations and has authored and illustrated Fearless Portraits: Women Who Dared to Transform the World, a collection of historical profiles.

Daniel Macklin is President of Summer and co-founder of SoFi, which went public at a valuation exceeding $18 billion. He previously served as CEO of Salary Finance Inc and currently holds board positions and advisory roles at early-stage companies while making angel investments. Macklin has been featured in major publications including Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Reuters, and the Wall Street Journal, and has lectured at Stanford University.

Dean Sysman is Executive Chair and Co-Founder of Axonius, a cybersecurity company that reached $2.6 billion valuation and $100 million ARR within five years of its founding, which he led as CEO for nine years. He conducts research at Columbia University at the intersection of systems and artificial intelligence, and serves on the boards of Olakai, Lasso Security, and SecurityScorecard, with an investment portfolio spanning over 20 early-stage companies including three unicorns. Sysman is a graduate of computer science from the Israeli special "Etgar" program and a former captain in the Israeli Intelligence Corps.

Ellen Li is Chief Financial Officer at AI Fund, the venture studio founded by Andrew Ng, where she oversees finance, valuation, fundraising, and investor relations while supporting early-stage portfolio companies. She holds credentials as a CPA, CA, and CFA Charterholder, and brings prior experience as CFO of a Boston-based healthtech startup and in leading finance for the Private Equity division at Fengate Asset Management. Li began her career at KPMG and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Emil Stefanutti is co-founder and CEO of Gaia Dynamics, a trade technology company focused on global trade compliance. He previously founded Shoppr.tv, an ad tech platform for shoppable television advertising, and co-founded ContractRoom, a legal tech company acquired by Mitratech in 2021. Stefanutti has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience across technology, media, and design sectors, and holds a degree in Design from Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan.

Jill Shih serves as General Manager for Taiwan at AI Fund. With over 25 years of experience in product user experience and project management across mobile internet, internet, and software sectors, she has previously led cross-regional teams at companies including Good Finance, ZA International, Cobinhood, Cheetah Mobile, NQ Mobile, Microsoft, and Trend Micro across Taiwan, China, Japan, and Hong Kong. She began her career in software development at Sprint in the United States.

Johnny Lee is founder of LGI Tech, LLC. He has led technical programs that reached tens of millions to billions of users. His work spans AI for wearables, spatial computing, robotic training from human demonstrations, and depth camera technology, with a focus on advancing early-stage technologies from research to production. He has been recognized as a TED speaker and TR35 honoree.

Laurence Moroney is Director of Artificial Intelligence at Arm and an investor and advisor to AI companies across the startup and enterprise sectors. Previously, he spent over a decade as an AI Lead at Google, where he worked across research, product development, and developer advocacy, growing the developer ecosystem and launching products serving millions of users. He is a Fellow at the AI Fund, a best-selling author, and has advised startups on healthcare and environmental applications of AI.

Miguel Paredes is an AI Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School with a PhD in Applied AI and Data Science from MIT and undergraduate training in computer science. He has worked as a generative AI and data science consultant, advised startups and venture capital firms, and holds experience in strategy, machine learning, analytics, and causal inference. His technical expertise spans A/B testing, econometrics, optimization, and impact evaluation methodologies.

Mike Rubino is Head of Talent at AI Fund, Andrew Ng's venture studio, where he identifies and hires technical founders and CEOs for newly formed AI companies. Previously, he scaled recruiting functions at Neuralink (growing the company from 40 to 275+ employees), Chef Robotics, and Promise, a Series B govtech company. He co-founded Syelo Ventures, a community for early-stage talent leaders, and develops recruiting tools using AI and software platforms.

Monte Zweben is Co-Founder and CEO of ControlRooms.ai, an AI troubleshooting platform. He is a serial entrepreneur with previous exits including the $2.9 billion IPO of Blue Martini Software and the $225 million acquisition of Red Pepper Software by PeopleSoft. Zweben holds positions on the Dean's Advisory Board at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science and has served as a public board member for Rocket Fuel and Advent Software, while maintaining expertise in artificial intelligence through patents, academic publications, and prior management of NASA's principal AI laboratory.

Natalia Urrego is Operations Manager Colombia at AI Fund. She holds a degree in economics and an International Business Administration qualification, with over twenty years of experience in administration, treasury, finance, controlling, and import-export operations. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, holds a current B1/B2 USA visa, and has proficiency in office applications.

Phillip Chang is a venture advisor at AI Fund with over 30 years of experience building and scaling technology companies across Taiwan, China, and the United States. He co-founded and served as general manager of Ayla Networks' Asia Pacific operations, where he established the Greater China region, built a team of 60+ employees, and supported the company through four funding rounds totaling over $130 million. Previously, he held executive positions at ZeroG Wireless (acquired by Microchip), Broadweb (acquired by Trend Micro), and Linkpeople, and has taught corporate groups and advised startups in Taiwan and Shanghai. Chang holds a BA from UC Berkeley, an MS from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Rakesh Utekar is a Technical Builder and AI Engineer at AI Fund with experience in retrieval-augmented generation, speech-to-speech systems, and vector databases. He is pursuing a Master of Computer Science with a Data Science specialization at Seattle University, where he serves as a Teaching Assistant for Visual Analytics, and previously interned as a Machine Learning Engineer at SlashRTC, where he built speech-to-text models using Python and TensorFlow.

Rishabh Singhal is a Principal at AI Fund, Andrew Ng's venture studio, where he leads applied AI product development and company formation. He has guided products through customer discovery, technical validation, deployment, and commercialization across AI Fund and four early-stage software and hardware companies, including helping establish two funded AI startups. His background includes product, analytics, and strategy roles at Kodiak Robotics, Sofar Ocean, Uber, and Kearney, with experience spanning enterprise AI, autonomous systems, AI security, and physical-world technology.

Shannon Lieu is Assistant General Counsel at AI Fund. She has advised technology and life sciences startups through formation, financing, and exit stages, drawing on experience as a former CPA and legal background.

Warren Packard is an advisor at AI Fund who focuses on helping build early-stage startups. He founded Angara Database Systems in the mid-1990s (acquired by Personify) and co-founded Thuuz Sports in 2010 (acquired by Stats Perform in 2020), and spent 13 years as a managing director at DFJ, where he led more than two dozen investments. He holds an MBA and master's and bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering, all from Stanford University, and holds 18 patents, several related to AI generative video.
