How did your company get started? (i.e., How did the founders meet? How did you come up with the idea? How did you decide to be a founder?)
The founders launched NetBeez in 2012 after observing that network troubleshooting was largely manual and that existing monitoring tools reported data from devices like routers and switches without reflecting the end-user experience. They set out to build a tool that monitors networks from the user's perspective to reduce the time IT support spends on trouble tickets and incidents.
What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?
The company addresses the gap left by legacy performance monitoring, which does not cover remote environments and Internet issues affecting users and cloud applications as cloud computing and remote work have changed network traffic patterns. Its platform gives IT teams granular and historical data to isolate when problems occur, spot recurring trends, and diagnose issues with Internet, SaaS, and Wi-Fi from the user's viewpoint.
