Ofer Schreiber, Senior Partner and Israel office head, leverages Unit 8200 military-intel and IVC research experience to sit on boards of AI-driven, capital-efficient cybersecurity startups and publish market analysis.

Yoav Andrew Leitersdorf pioneered focusing on very-early-stage Israeli cybersecurity startups selling to U.S. enterprises, running small portfolios to act as a co-founder on product strategy and U.S. market entry.

John Brennan founded and manages Holly Ventures, focusing on supporting early-stage cybersecurity entrepreneurs. He previously worked at YL Ventures, DCVC, OCA Ventures, and Horsley Bridge Partners, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Trinity College in Connecticut.

Adi Greenwald is an Associate at YL Ventures, where she focuses on cybersecurity, tracking emerging domains and technical shifts in the industry and working with startup founders. Before joining the firm, she spent four years at Claroty and Medigate, leading network analysis teams through Medigate's acquisition, and previously served as a Project Lead in the IDF's Unit 8200. She holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and is an MBA candidate at London Business School.

Adi Shamai is the Office Manager in YL Ventures' Tel Aviv office, where she oversees daily operations, logistics, and vendor coordination and works with the operations team to streamline internal workflows. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and previously held administrative coordination roles while practicing clinical psychology.

Dave Reed is the CFO of YL Ventures, where he manages the firm's financial operations and advises portfolio companies on budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and capital strategy as they prepare to scale. He also works with the firm's LPs to align investor expectations with startup goals. His background spans audit, private equity, and venture, including managing finance and accounting teams at a biotech-focused VC fund and serving as CFO at a growth-stage private equity firm.

Gal Spiner Abramovich leads partnerships and events at YL Ventures, setting strategy and managing execution to support the firm's portfolio companies through speaking opportunities, roadshows, and partnerships. Before joining the firm, she spent ten years in public relations, communications, and media operations, including work at blockchain startup Concordium and a role as Aide to the Chairman and Media Operations Coordinator at the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy. She also held teaching roles at Reichman University, where she earned a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy.

Gye Cohen is VP of Operations and HR at YL Ventures, where she oversees the firm's operational functions and people strategy, including HR, organizational processes, compliance, legal, and internal systems. She has been with the firm for many years, working with founders on operational and HR matters such as hiring, compensation, and compliance during early company stages.

Maeve Juday is a member of YL Ventures' Business Development Team, where she supports portfolio founders with go-to-market work, positioning, and engaging enterprise security buyers. Before YL Ventures, she worked on the Expansion Team at Openview Ventures, assisting Series A-B SaaS companies with executive hiring and customer acquisition projects.

Merav Ben Avi leads marketing at YL Ventures, where she has worked since 2021 developing the firm's content strategy, messaging and PR outreach for the firm and its cybersecurity portfolio companies. She now directs a team focused on the firm's market presence and the positioning of early-stage companies. Before YL Ventures, she spent a decade in Israeli public service in external relations roles at the Ministry of Defense, the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission and Israel's Mission to the United Nations.

Or Salom is an Analyst at YL Ventures, where she sources and evaluates early-stage cybersecurity startups, leads research into industry trends, and supports portfolio companies on market validation and early go-to-market planning. She has roughly a decade of cybersecurity experience, including threat hunting, incident response, and product-facing research. Before YL Ventures she was a Senior Threat Hunting Expert at Sygnia, a cybersecurity analyst at PerimeterX and CloudLock, and began her career in the IDF's Unit 8200.

Shiloh Shaeffer serves as Chief of Staff at YL Ventures, where she supports the firm's leadership and manages operations across functions and time zones. She has helped the firm through multiple fundraises and portfolio milestones while supporting operational growth as the team expanded globally.

Steve Tran is Vice President of Global Security at Iyuno, where he oversees security for entertainment and media assets. He brings experience from four major M&A transactions in the entertainment sector, including the $8.5 billion Amazon acquisition of MGM Studios, as well as a background as a retired police officer with expertise in executive protection, investigations, asset protection, and crisis management. His security experience includes major events such as MLB Playoffs and World Series competitions, Super Bowl LI, and the 2024 Democratic National Convention, along with advisory roles for high-growth technology startups.

Zohar Alon is CEO and Co-founder of NewCore. He previously founded Dome9 and spent time at Check Point. Alon invests in cybersecurity and cloud companies including Firefly, Adaptive Shield, Tamnoon, Laminar, Argon, Safe Base, and Descope, and mentors early-stage entrepreneurs.
