Roland Carter serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Operating Officer at Omidyar Network. His work focuses on developing organizations that pursue market-oriented approaches to inclusive and sustainable growth.

Anamitra Deb is Senior Vice President of Programs and Policy at Omidyar Network, where she oversees the organization's grant-making, investment, coalition, and advocacy strategies focused on responsible digital technology and inclusive markets. Previously, she was an associate partner at Monitor Group, where she co-founded the Monitor Inclusive Markets practice in 2007. She holds graduate credentials from the University of Oxford and undergraduate degrees from Mount Allison University and Lester B Pearson UWC.

Aniyia Williams is Director of Programs & Policy at Omidyar Network, where she focuses on responsible innovation and tech ecosystem development. She previously founded Black & Brown Founders, a nonprofit supporting Black and Latinx entrepreneurs in technology, and co-founded Zebras Unite, an entrepreneur-led movement advancing ethical and sustainable startup practices. Williams has also founded Tinsel, a fashion tech company that developed an audio necklace, and is a founding member of the Black Innovation Alliance.

Anmol Chaddha is a Principal at Omidyar Network, where he leads work on economic inequality with a focus on jobs, workers, and technological change. He previously managed the California Future of Work Commission established by Governor Gavin Newsom, and at the Federal Reserve Bank he founded an initiative on job quality in low-wage industries and conducted research on racial wealth inequality and household debt. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard, where he was a Fellow in the Multidisciplinary Program in Inequality and Social Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Austin Brown is a Senior Network Engineer at CBTS. He holds a CCNA certification and works on developing networking solutions aligned with current standards. His areas of interest include network automation for configuration consistency and deployment.

Aviva Aminova is CEO of Novo Holdings, the holding and investment company that manages the assets of the Novo Nordisk Foundation and serves as the controlling shareholder of Novo Nordisk and Novonesis. The company, headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in London, Boston, San Francisco, Singapore, and Shanghai, invests in life science companies alongside a portfolio of equities, bonds, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity. As of year-end 2023, Novo Holdings reported total assets under management of DKK 1,114 billion (€149 billion).

Chris Jurgens serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Programs and Policy at Omidyar Network, where he leads the Executive Office and manages a philanthropic portfolio focused on responsible technology investing and related corporate governance and investment stewardship practices. He previously led the firm's Reimagining Capitalism work and its impact investing field-building strategy, including involvement in the Tipping Point Fund on Impact Investing and the Catalytic Capital Consortium. Earlier in his career, he was Director of the Center for Transformational Partnerships at USAID's Global Development Lab and Director of Global Programs for Accenture Development Partnerships.

Christina Jordan is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Owl Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on educational technology. She volunteers with Environmental Travel Companions, guiding sea kayak trips for people with disabilities and groups from disadvantaged communities, and with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, where she repairs used bicycles for low-income youth.

Claire Morgan is a Senior Resource Mobilisation Officer for Institutions at Start Network. Her work spans grant-making, fundraising, relationship management, and bid-writing across the statutory and voluntary sectors, with experience in international development, health—particularly sexual and reproductive health—and disability. She has also organised community-level sports and arts activities in a voluntary capacity.

Corey S. Williams-Allen serves as Director and Counselor to the CEO at Omidyar Network, advising leadership on decisions related to AI, media, and innovation. With more than 20 years of experience as a strategist and operator, Williams-Allen has worked across the technology, public policy, philanthropy, and civil society sectors. Areas of focus include investment strategy, ecosystem building, and executive enablement in multi-stakeholder environments.

David T. Hsu is Senior Director of Programs and Policy at Omidyar Network, where he leads the "Coalitions & Culture" portfolio focused on digital agency and governance of artificial intelligence. He has 20 years of cross-sector experience, including prior roles at Propper Daley, NationBuilder, the University of Pennsylvania, and the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and authored "Untethered: A Primer on Social Isolation." Hsu holds a Ph.D. in Politics from Princeton University and a B.A. from Duke, and serves as board co-chair at CoGenerate.

David Nahmias is a New York City–based freelance journalist with a decade of experience covering technology, media, advertising, and regulation, with work published in outlets including The New York Times, Fast Company, Inc., VentureBeat, Adweek, Big Technology, Tech Policy Press, and Transformer. He has also reported for Digiday, Forbes, the Associated Press, and The Birmingham News. As a Winter 2026 Reporter-in-Residence with Omidyar Network, he focuses on regulatory oversight of major technology companies through antitrust litigation, legislation, and policy efforts.

Govind Shivkumar is a Director of Investments at Omidyar Network, where he oversees for-profit investments in AI and emerging technology companies, funds, and non-profits, along with portfolios and grants in open-source technologies and public interest AI initiatives. His investment and portfolio work includes Anthropic, Groq, Sakana AI, EleutherAI, Stanford HAI, the UC Berkeley Skydeck VC Fund, Collab, and the Open Forum for AI at Carnegie Mellon University.

Gretchen Phillips serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Operating Officer at Omidyar Network. Her work focuses on building organizations that develop market-oriented solutions aimed at inclusive and sustainable growth.

Judy Alterado is Senior Manager, People & Culture at Omidyar Network. Her work focuses on organizational culture, structures, policies, and systems built around equity.

Katie Cheng is a Vice President at Insight Partners, based in the firm's New York office. She previously spent 2.5 years at K Health, a late-stage digital health company, where she worked across several areas of the business including the launch of its B2B unit for enterprise customers. Cheng began her career at McKinsey, spending about four years as a consultant in New York and London focused on growth, eCommerce, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy, and later leading hi-tech client development in Israel.

Linh Le is a Finance Manager at Omidyar Network. Earlier in her career, she worked in venture capital at CyberAgent in Bangkok, where she modeled investments and supported portfolio founders, before leading Strategic Finance at Swing Education, where she rebuilt the company's planning process and redesigned its customer payment model. She later co-founded MGIFT, an ecommerce business that used tools including ChatGPT, n8n, and Sheets, and holds an MBA from Babson College.

Marty Swant is Senior Vice President at Insight Partners, where he works in GTM and AI advisory. His background is in marketing, with a focus on scaling SaaS businesses, and areas of specialty including campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, branding and positioning, public relations, email marketing, and event management.

A lawyer, civil rights attorney, and tech policy leader appointed CEO of Omidyar Network. She joined in 2021 as SVP of Programs, became President in 2025, and previously worked on Capitol Hill, as a senior executive at Google, and at the Center for American Progress.

Anders Lykke Iversen joined Novo Holdings in November 2017 as an Associate in Principal Investments and works on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. Before Novo Holdings, he was a management consultant at Bain & Company in Copenhagen, focusing on due diligence and post-acquisition work for private equity clients and strategy, performance improvement, and M&A for Nordic corporates. He holds a BSc in International Business and an MSc in Finance & Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Hadley Wilkins is Director and Counselor to the CEO at Omidyar Network, where the work spans philanthropy and responsible technology.
