Endeit Capital

Founder and Managing Partner who started Endeit Capital in 2006 to support scale-ups. A pioneer of Dutch VC investing since the 1980s, he was an early angel in Hyves, co-founded the LOEY network and AI.nl, and previously held roles at Atlas Venture and on Endemol's executive board. Appointed Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2023.

Jelle-Jan brings operational and investment experience to Endeit, having spent seven years at YouTube (Google) in management and business development roles, a decade in private equity at NPM Capital, corporate M&A at Endemol, and venture capital at Endeit. He leads investments in the security and supply chain segments and founded Endeit's Stockholm office, expanding the firm's presence across the Nordics.

Martijn joined Endeit Capital as a Partner at its founding in 2006 and focuses on Future of Work deals. He previously served on the Executive Director team of Endemol Group (2003-2006), leading international operations and earlier global M&A, and worked as an M&A consultant at Reitsma & Wertheim (Investec).

Philipp Schroeder joined Endeit Capital as a Partner in 2017, leading its activities across German-speaking countries. He has completed more than 50 early-stage investments, co-founded Active Venture Partners in Barcelona in 2002, and mentors at Microsoft Germany Accelerator and Techstars.

Sara Resvik joined Endeit as a Partner in 2024, leading Nordic investments with a focus on climate tech. She was previously Managing Partner at BackingMinds VC, started her career at Industrifonden, and held investing and operational roles at Schibsted and Axel Johnson.

Tuomas Rekonen is an Investment Manager at Endeit Capital, where he focuses on later-stage venture capital opportunities across Europe, with particular interest in Nordic markets.

Jan Fredriks is a founding partner at AIXTerra Ventures, a European venture fund investing in AI and quantum applications across energy infrastructure and advanced materials from pre-seed through Series A/B. He previously co-built Essent's distributed energy business, developing solar, battery storage, EV charging, and thermal network assets. He also operates Skirderf Capital, a family office focused on energy transition and deep technology, and advises on renewables transactions and strategy across Europe.

Jan Scholtes is an endowed professor of text mining at Maastricht University, where he has held the Chair in Text-Mining since 2008, and specializes in natural language processing, text analytics, and information retrieval. He co-founded the Leiden Legal Technologies Program at Leiden University in 2020 and assisted in establishing legaltech education across Dutch institutions of applied sciences. Scholtes founded ZyLAB in 1989, serving as CEO, chairman, and chief data scientist until its sale in 2018, and holds a Ph.D. in computational linguistics and an M.Sc. in computer science.

Mathias Bosse is a founding partner at Prequel Ventures, focusing on pre-seed investments in supply chain startups. He brings over a decade of experience in the startup and venture capital sectors, having previously served as a startup CFO and investor at Brandenburg Kapital and seed + speed ventures, working with more than 20 portfolio companies. Bosse holds an MBA from HHL Graduate School of Management, a CFA charter, and began his career in logistics at Dachser.

Semir Jahic is CEO and Co-Founder of Salesmotion, a sales AI platform that provides account research, messaging, and executive insights for sales teams. He also serves as CEO of fonea, an AI voice agent company for small and medium-sized enterprises. Jahic is a bootstrapper based in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Berend van Nieuwland is an AI Engineer at Endeit Capital with a BSc in Econometrics and Data Science from VU and a MEng in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell Tech. His work focuses on predictive modeling, natural language processing, statistical inference, and applied machine learning for practical applications.

Emmelie Meurs is an associate at Endeit Capital who identifies and analyzes investment opportunities across Europe, focusing on climate tech alongside Sara. She previously interned at Endeit and worked in corporate finance at ABN AMRO Bank, and holds degrees from Utrecht University and Rotterdam School of Management.

Melissa de Beyer is a venture capital investor at Endeit Capital, where she evaluates investment opportunities and leads commercial due diligence for portfolio companies. She brings nine years of experience at the intersection of strategy, investing, and technology, including five years at EY-Parthenon advising on strategy and advanced data analytics across more than 30 technology, healthcare, and retail transactions. De Beyer has developed technical capabilities in Python and data analysis to support her investment and strategic work.

Michaela Larosse is a communications specialist with over 15 years of experience in technology, media, and culture. She has developed brand narratives and positioning strategies across the innovation sector, including work at The Fabricant, where she helped establish the digital fashion category. Her focus centers on translating complex technology concepts into accessible narratives that address the intersection of innovation and human experience.
