Anas Alsalamah is an Analyst at Salica Investments, where he works on the Oryx Fund. He previously worked as an accountant and financial analyst at Raqtan Group and took part in the NTDP, MISK, and Monsha'at programs as a co-founder. He holds a BSc in Finance and Banking from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.

David Hayers leads Salica Investments' venture and growth debt funds. He previously ran the venture debt team at Clydesdale Bank (later Virgin Money) for over seven years, lending more than £270m across 65+ growth companies, following nearly a decade in lower mid-market leveraged finance covering MBOs, acquisitions and recapitalisations. He began his career in audit and corporate finance advisory at BDO and Deloitte, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and graduated from Loughborough University.

Ivo Detelinov co-leads the Salica Oryx Fund at Salica Investments, focusing on early-stage investments in the MENA region. He previously spent seven years as Head of VC and PE Funds at Riyad Capital, and earlier was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York covering US and European private equity firms. He holds a BA from Regents University London and an MBA from NYU Stern.

John Foley became Chairman of Salica Investments in September 2024. He was previously Chief Executive of M&G Plc from its 2019 demerger from Prudential Plc until his retirement in 2023, and oversaw the 2017 merger of M&G Investments with Prudential UK & Europe. He joined Prudential Plc in 2000, holding senior and board positions there and at M&G, and earlier worked at National Australia Bank in Melbourne and London and at the merchant bank Hill Samuel.

Katie Conn is an Investment Manager at Salica Investments, where she works on secondary transactions through the firm's Access Funds. She previously invested at early-stage fund Episode 1 Ventures, concentrating on seed-stage B2B software deals, and earlier worked as an analyst at Lazard advising on M&A in business services and healthcare services. She holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance and a BSc (Hons) in Business and Finance.

Natasha Abu Khader is an Associate at Salica Investments' Oryx Fund. Before joining, she worked at Beyond Capital on its fund of funds program and the Ifada Innovation Finance Fellows program, and previously served as an Entrepreneur Selection & Growth Associate at Endeavor Jordan and as an audit associate covering banking and financial services at EY Jordan. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol.

Richard Tufft focuses on secondary investments at Salica Investments and co-heads the firm's Access Fund strategy. He brings over 20 years of investment banking experience, including 15 years at Goldman Sachs where he served as Director of Research for Europe and Global Co-COO of Equity Research. He holds an MA in History from the University of Oxford.
