Erik Ejerhed· Founding Partner

Ejerhed spent six years as an equity analyst at ABG Sundal Collier in London before relocating to Sweden in 2007 to lead a team of specialised equity analysts, later becoming a portfolio manager, and then co-founded CNI. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH and a BA from Stockholm and Uppsala universities.

Jesper Almkvist· Founding Partner

With 20+ years of international finance experience, Almkvist worked as an equity analyst/broker in London for CAI Cheuvreux, Alfred Berg and ABG Sundal Collier before returning to Sweden in 2004 to found Adapto Advisors, where he started two funds. He founded CNI in 2011 and holds a BA in Business and Finance from Richmond University.

Alice Halvorsen· Investment Manager

Halvorsen has 7 years of finance experience, most recently at Nordea's growth banking branch managing a portfolio of around 40 tech companies. She joined Nordea in 2014 in relationship and credit specialist roles and holds a BSc in Economics from Stockholm University.

Niklas Hansson· Investment Associate

Hansson graduated from KTH in 2023 with an MSc in Financial Mathematics and previously held roles at Carnegie Investment Bank and Söderberg & Partners, plus internships at CB Fonder and EY's corporate finance team focused on energy and infrastructure.

Victor Wellenstam· Investment Manager

Wellenstam previously worked at EQT Partners on TMT, FinTech and Services investments and value creation, and earlier in M&A at Morgan Stanley in London and Stockholm. He holds a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
