Baumgartl provides coaching and advisory services to startups on strategy, financing, organization, sustainability, and mergers and acquisitions.

Gaia Amatteis serves as Head of Programs at SpinLab – The HHL Accelerator, where she oversees the strategic design and execution of startup acceleration programs across SpinLab, RootCamp, and ExciteLab. She manages the program lifecycle while coordinating with entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and corporate partners to support early-stage companies across sectors including agtech, health, energy, and smart city technology.

Hendrik Schulze is CTO and COO at Paxly GmbH, a digital procurement solutions company. He has founded four startups with three successful exits. His background includes experience across entrepreneurship and operations.

Ida Richter is a Program Manager at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, where she manages the planning and delivery of a six-month accelerator program and a one-week Summer School for Diverse Startups. Her responsibilities include coordinating mentoring, focus weeks, and coaching sessions designed to connect founders with resources and networks to support their growth.

Ilka Gomez is a public funding coach at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator with background in agronomy and international affairs. Her expertise spans crop production, data analysis, sustainable development, and business planning, with focus on SDG-aligned initiatives.

Marcus Haberstroh is Managing Director of SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator. He has held various interim C-level positions and worked as a consultant, director, expert reviewer, and founder across banking, retail, industry, and mid-market sectors. His current activities include supervisory board roles at 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig and Excite Lab, expert reviewer work with Fraunhofer, and mentorship of startup founders.

Martin Richter is General Manager of SpinLab Group at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, where he has guided approximately 90 startups in the energy, smart city solutions, and e-health sectors and secured funding for their growth. He serves as Vice President of the Governing Board at Unternehmerverband Sachsen e.V. and has been an Advisor and Mentor at the Dena SET Hub since July 2020, focusing on energy transition startups. Richter also contributes to the Digital Hub Initiative and EIT Urban Mobility, bringing international experience to his work in digital transformation and sustainable business development.

Nina Masson is an energy and climate strategist with two decades of experience in technology assessment, market development, venture building, and corporate deployment. She has founded companies focused on circular economy and carbon-negative materials, and has advised governments, international organizations, and corporations on energy strategy, decarbonization, and technology transfer. Her expertise spans energy efficiency, renewable energy, heating and cooling systems, carbon removal, and sustainable materials.

Swantje Jung serves as Head of Marketing and Management Board member at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, where she oversees positioning and marketing strategy for the SpinLab Group's portfolio of programs including RootCamp, ExciteLab, and BitRoad. With more than ten years of marketing experience, she works to build connections across a network of startups, corporates, investors, and public institutions throughout Europe. Her role focuses on supporting founders across growth stages and enabling established companies to access innovation through venture clienting initiatives.

Tomasz Samul is a Business Developer at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, where he works on startup and innovation development. His background includes digital marketing and team management across diverse groups.
