Investment thesis

Tribe Capital's investment philosophy centers on backing founders who expand individual freedom and decentralize power, drawing inspiration from the Bill of Rights and Bitcoin whitepaper. The firm invests in companies that widen access to knowledge, establish transparent and fair systems with strong auditability, align incentives to avoid extractive behavior, and return control of data and identity to individuals. The firm applies these principles across finance, identity, compute, logistics, and other emerging categories where verification is economical and permission barriers are low.
