Dr. Natalya Bailey is the CTO and co-founder of Accion Systems, where she previously served as founding CEO and led the company to its first space flights and $40M in venture capital and government revenue. Her doctoral work at MIT's Space Propulsion Laboratory contributed to an early prototype of the ion engine technology that became Accion's core product. She holds a Ph.D. from MIT, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University, and invests in women-led businesses through XFactor Ventures.
