Investment thesis
The fund makes late-stage equity investments in venture-backed Canadian companies with revenues of $10 million or more that leverage innovative technologies and business models. It acts flexibly as either a lead or syndication partner, supporting management teams and co-investors on both primary and secondary issuances. Target areas include AI and machine learning applications across eCommerce, AgTech, EdTech and HealthTech; blockchain technology for Fintech, Cybersecurity and Insurtech; as well as TravelTech and MarTech. The team and network aim to give high-growth companies the time, structure and resources needed to scale globally, focusing on strong product and market expansion, sustained momentum and long-term alignment.
