Investment thesis
The fund targets late-stage, venture-backed Canadian companies with revenues of $10 million or more that show strong potential for meaningful global scale. It provides late-stage equity investment, supporting both primary and secondary issuances, and takes a flexible approach as either lead or syndication partner alongside management teams and co-investors. The fund focuses on companies leveraging innovative technologies and business models, including AI and machine learning applications across eCommerce, AgTech, EdTech and HealthTech; blockchain technology for Fintech, Cybersecurity and Insurtech; as well as TravelTech and MarTech. The goal is to give companies the time, structure and resources needed to scale worldwide.
