Elliot Cooperstone is the Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of InTandem Capital, where he applies an operational background and healthcare services investment experience to support portfolio companies with strategy, acquisitions and operations. He previously served as CEO of Prodigy Health Group, which Aetna acquired in 2011, and earlier held roles including VP and General Manager of the Employer Group at Intuit and co-founder/CEO of EmployeeMatters. He holds common law and civil law degrees from McGill University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Chris Reef is a Partner at InTandem Capital who has worked as a CEO, Executive Chairman, and advisor for over 26 years. He previously served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Sunbelt Transformer and Dimex Corp, and was founder and CEO of US Healthcare Holdings, a healthcare back-office services company acquired by Prodigy Health Group in 2008. He earned an undergraduate degree in Economics Management and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan and studied at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mehran Ahmed is a Partner at InTandem Capital with over two decades of experience in private equity and finance focused on the middle market. He spent much of his career investing in healthcare, working across areas such as outsourced pharmaceutical services, clinical trial site management, contract research organizations, life sciences, behavioral health, home health, fertility, reconstructive surgery, and veterinary care. Before InTandem, he was a Managing Director at Webster Equity Partners for more than ten years, and earlier held roles at Gemini Investors, Arsenal Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley's investment banking division. He holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Evan Brower is a Principal at InTandem Capital who has worked on private equity transactions in the healthcare sector for close to ten years. Before InTandem, he was a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its healthcare investing team, and earlier held roles at Court Square Capital Partners and CCMP Capital Partners. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Sims is a Principal at InTandem Capital, which he joined in 2016, where he works on investment analysis and portfolio management. Aaron Newman is a Principal at InTandem Capital. He previously worked as a Principal at Brighton Park Capital covering healthcare technology across provider, payor, and pharma markets, and earlier served on the healthcare team at Summit Partners and in healthcare investment banking at Jefferies. Adam Boorstein is a Vice President at InTandem Capital, which he joined in 2020, working on evaluating investment opportunities, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies. Bob Patricelli is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital and previously founded and led Women's Health USA, Evolution Benefits, and Value Health, the latter a NYSE-listed specialty managed care company he ran as CEO from 1987 to 1997. Earlier he held senior roles at Connecticut General Corporation and CIGNA Corporation, where he was Executive Vice President and president of its health care group, and served in various federal government positions including White House Fellow and Deputy Under Secretary at the Department of Health, Education and Welfare.

Bob Subasic supports InTandem portfolio companies' executive teams with operational management and growth planning, drawing on more than two decades as a CEO, CFO, and advisor to private equity-backed businesses. He previously served as CEO of CI Medical Technologies and Executive Vice Chairman of Dimex Corp, and earlier held finance roles including CFO of Iron City Brewing and VP of Financial Operations & Treasurer of Tube City IMS Corporation. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from LaRoche College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brent McCarty is a healthcare industry executive with over 30 years of experience, having served as CEO of several private equity-backed companies in revenue cycle management, healthcare IT, and healthcare services. He founded and led Argos Health, a revenue cycle management company focused on complex claims that was acquired by EnableComp, and previously held CEO or President roles at Sentient Medical Systems, Eagle Hospital Physicians, Solis Mammography, and Accuro Healthcare Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Carla Arellano focuses on talent and organization strategy to support value creation at companies. She was previously an Operating Partner at Greyhound Capital, a London-based growth equity fund, and before that a Partner in McKinsey's People and Organization Practice, where she was founding leader and COO of McKinsey's OrgSolutions. She holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Chris Latino serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of InTandem Capital, where he leads the finance team and handles matters across the firm's investment vehicles, management company, and compliance. He joined InTandem in 2019 after working as a Senior Associate at OrbiMed Advisors, a healthcare-focused investment manager, and began his career in public accounting at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.

Dawn Sauro has over 30 years of experience in drug and device development. She previously served as Chief Growth Officer at WCG Clinical, COO at Elligo Health Research, and Chief Development Officer at Clinipace (now Caidya), and held earlier roles as President, Development Innovations at Sarah Cannon and SVP & General Manager of Hematology and Oncology at inVentiv Health (now Syneos).

George McMillan is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital Partners with over 25 years in healthcare services and senior executive leadership. He was Chief Commercial Officer of ICON plc (2017–2024) and previously its Executive Vice President of Finance, Global Operations, and earlier served as CFO of clinical research organization PharmaNet Development Group. Before entering clinical research in 2010, he held CEO, CFO, and COO roles at technology-oriented professional services firms including Palladium Group, CMGI, and Renaissance Solutions. Jackson Monnin is a Vice President at InTandem Capital, which he joined in 2022, where he works on investment analysis and portfolio management. James McManus is the Controller at InTandem Capital. He previously served as Controller at Sheridan Capital Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm, where he managed the fund's financial reporting, tax, and accounting functions, and earlier worked as a senior accountant at a middle-market private equity firm and in Deloitte's asset management tax practice. He holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in History from the College of Charleston and a Master's of Accounting and Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a licensed CPA in Illinois.

Janice Rahm is an Operating Partner at InTandem Capital, where she works with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams on growth, demand generation, sales, marketing, and brand strategy. Before joining the firm, she was President of HealthMine (formerly SeeChange Health) and held roles at Prodigy Health Group, and she co-founded Definity Health, a consumer-directed health plan company acquired by UnitedHealthcare in 2004. She holds a BA in Marketing and Communications from Augsburg College.

Jill Hummel is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital with a background in health care strategy across payer and provider organizations. She previously served as president of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut and as Vice President of Payment Innovation for Anthem nationally, where she worked on value-based provider payment programs. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and served as associate general counsel with BJC HealthCare.

John Courtney is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital, where he supports portfolio companies at the intersection of technology and operations, often stepping in as an interim Chief Operating Officer. Before InTandem, he was head of operations for eBay's Asia Pacific business in Singapore and previously oversaw eBay's global third-party partnerships. His earlier career included roles as CIO of Clayton Holdings, VP of Corporate Business Applications at Intuit, co-founder and CTO of EmployeeMatters, and technology and operations leadership positions at Citibank Investment Services and Waterhouse Securities.

Kevin Quinn has over 30 years of experience across medical devices and healthcare services. He currently serves as COO and President of Research at Retina Consultants of America, a network of retina specialists and subsidiary of Cencora, and previously held roles including Chief Development Officer of CenExel, COO of HQRC Management, and founder of EyeTel Imaging, a company focused on diabetic retinopathy screening. He earned a BS in Biology with a business minor from Fairfield University and started his career at The Upjohn Company in sales and marketing.

Lauren Mangino is a Managing Director at InTandem Capital, where she leads Investor Relations & Capital Formation and has more than ten years of experience in fundraising and investor relations. She previously worked on the Capital Formation team at Fifth Wall and spent over eight years as a Director in Lazard's Private Capital Advisory Group supporting private equity firms with capital raising. Steve Cohen is General Counsel and an Operating Partner at InTandem Capital, with over three decades of experience in legal, business, and compliance across various sectors. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Clayton Holdings, LLC, where he was involved in the company's IPO and later return to private equity ownership, and held General Counsel roles at two companies led by Elliot Cooperstone. He holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and an MBA in Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Tom Valdivia, MD, MS is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital with over 20 years of experience founding and building companies across healthcare technology, accountable care services, health consumer, and health benefits. He is currently Co-founder and Chief Health Officer at Bright Health, a Medicare Advantage insurer, and Executive Chairman of ClearVoice Health. He previously co-founded and served as President of Carol Corporation (sold to Optum Insight), was Chief Medical Officer at Definity Health, and founded Advanced Informatics.
