He previously spent 32 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, including 25 years as CFO, where he helped launch and run Medicare Advantage, Affordable Care Act, Managed Medicaid, and Workers Compensation lines of business. Ashley Carnegie is an Executive Assistant at Sandbox Industries, where she provides executive support to Dr. Tom Hawes and Kelsey Maguire and operational support to the investment team. She previously worked at distressed debt investing firm Strategic Value Partners, supporting the Investment Team and General Counsel. She holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.

Bryna Coyle is an Associate at the Blue Venture Fund, where she focuses on healthcare services investing across all stages from seed to buyout. She previously served as Vice President of Operations at Sandbox, overseeing investment operations, recruiting, and client relationships in the healthcare sector, and began her career as an investment analyst and business manager at Partners Group. Emily Warren is an Executive Assistant at Sandbox Industries, where she supports internal team structure, client relationships, event planning, and provides executive support to Emir Sandhu. Kamie Marsillo is Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Sandbox Industries, where she supports the two Sandbox CEOs as they scale the organization. Before Sandbox, she was a Learning and Development Senior Consultant at CVS Health, having earlier spent two years there as an Executive Assistant. She holds a BA in Marketing from Western International University.

Noah Trapp is an Associate at the Blue Venture Fund. He previously worked as a Senior Consultant at HealthScape Advisors, A Chartis Company, focusing on organizational strategy and network analytics, and earlier as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, where he worked with hospital systems on EHR customization. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ryan Lynch is an Associate at the Blue Venture Fund. He previously spent five years in the MedTech and Life Sciences industry at Becton Dickinson (BD), where he completed the Finance Leadership Development Program and later worked on commercial strategy in the Biosciences division. He previously worked as a Fund CFO Analyst at DWS Group within its portfolio management group covering institutional real estate funds. He holds MS and BBA degrees in Finance from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
