Adolfo Blasco is a Partner at NAZCA focused on supporting Latin American entrepreneurs addressing market inefficiencies through technology. He brings experience from private equity at Promecap, a stint as an entrepreneur in Mexico City's online grocery sector, and five years providing M&A advisory to mid-market companies at RIóN M&A. He holds an MBA from IE Business School with specialization in entrepreneurship and finance.

Jaime Zunzunegui is a Kauffman Fellow, a member of Class 26 of the two-year venture capital leadership program run by Kauffman Fellows. The program's member directory lists them at Nazca in Mexico.

Federico Ranero is CEO of Draiver, an AI-powered platform for digital orchestration and vehicle operations that processes 1.7 million vehicles annually across manufacturing, fleet management, rental, retail, and remarketing. Previously, he served as COO of Kavak, a used car marketplace in emerging markets, where he developed physical infrastructure and operational algorithms. He was General Manager of Uber Mexico through its IPO and is co-founder and GP at Bridge, an early-stage Latin American venture fund.

Pormer Sarram is co-founder and CEO of Visito, an AI platform for customer conversations. Previously, he led consumer growth for Uber Eats in Latin America, co-founded a seed fund focused on the region, and oversaw e-commerce operations generating over $100M in annual revenue at SquareTrade prior to its $1.4B acquisition by Allstate. He holds degrees in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell and Industrial Engineering and Economics from Purdue.

Oliab Herrera is Head of Data & AI at NAZCA. Trained as an economist and data scientist, Herrera has worked with databases, economic and statistical modeling, and computational tools for handling large datasets. Experience spans the public and private sectors, including data analysis consulting for public policy improvement, logistics models, operational cost calculation, information dashboard development, and the implementation of open data policies.

Ricardo Weder is the founder and CEO of Jüsto and serves as an investment committee member at NewHealth Ventures. He has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and is an Endeavor Entrepreneur. His background includes developing and scaling companies across Latin America.
