Preston Noon is Co-Founder and Partner at Agent Capital, leading new investments and portfolio management activities. He brings pharmaceutical industry experience from Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bayer, and Baxalta, including roles in business development, licensing, and support for clinical trial operations on immunotherapy programs. He is a Kauffman Fellow and holds both a PharmD and MBA.

Anthony DiNatale is a Vice President supporting new investments and portfolio management at Agent Capital, and serves as Associate Director of Operations for portfolio company Cantai Therapeutics. Previously he worked as a Senior Consultant at LifeSci Consulting focused on portfolio management and corporate strategy, and held a Post-Doctoral Fellow position at Janssen Pharmaceutical working on bispecific antibody therapeutics for oncology.

John Glasspool serves as a Venture Partner at Agent Capital with over 25 years of commercial industry expertise in biopharmaceuticals. He previously held senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy at Baxalta, Vice President and Head of Emerging Therapies at Baxter International's Bioscience division, and multiple positions at Novartis and Johnson & Johnson in sales, marketing, and commercial operations.

John Orloff joins Agent Capital as a Venture Partner following his role as EVP and Global Head of R&D at Alexion, where he expanded the development pipeline from three to 30 programs prior to the company's $39 billion acquisition by AstraZeneca. He previously served as Global Head of R&D and Chief Scientific Officer at Baxalta and held executive leadership roles at multiple major biopharmaceutical companies including Novartis and Merck.

Bob Hombach is a retired CFO/COO with 27 years of financial and operational leadership in the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer for Baxalta, and held similar senior finance roles at Baxter. He is an MBA graduate and CPA.

Bob Parkinson is an Industry Advisor with previous experience as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International for 12 years until 2015. Before joining Baxter in 2004, he was Dean of Loyola University Chicago's business schools and had a 25-year career at Abbott Laboratories in various domestic and international management roles.

Bruce Peacock serves as an Operating Partner (listed as Venture Partner on page) at Agent Capital and as Executive Chairman at Carisma Therapeutics. He brings over 35 years of life sciences experience including senior executive roles at multiple companies with successful exits, including Chief Financial and Chief Business Officer at Ophthotech (IPO 2013), CEO roles at The Little Clinic (acquired by Kroger), Adolor (acquired by Merck), and Orthovita (acquired by Stryker), and CFO/COO roles at Cephalon and Centocor.

Julie Gionfriddo joined Agent Capital in 2023 as Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising, bringing over 20 years of VC and PE experience including fundraising, new investments, investor relations, and marketing. She previously held positions as Principal at Apple Tree Partners and Vice President at Landmark Partners, and serves on the executive board of the Women's Association of Venture and Equity.

Kirti Nimmala is an Investment Analyst supporting portfolio management and due diligence at Agent Capital. She holds advanced degrees in biomedical engineering and conducted research using machine learning to identify gene targets for neurological and immunological diseases. She has prior experience with startup evaluation, market analysis, and grant program review.

Norbert Riedel is an Industry Advisor and President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptinyx Inc., where he serves on the board. He previously served as President and CEO of Naurex prior to its acquisition by Allergan, and held various roles at Baxter International including Corporate Vice President and Chief Science and Innovation Officer.

Philippe Lopes-Fernandes is an Industry Advisor and Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Ipsen Pharmaceuticals. He previously worked at Merck KGaA as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Development and Alliance Management, and held various roles in business development, M&A, finance, and marketing across European and U.S. operations.

Venkata Aditya Kalaga is an Investment Analyst at Agent Capital with a background in technology management and clinical/digital health environments. He previously led workflow optimization, compliance, and analytics projects at IKS Health and completed clinical trial coordination work. He has also worked as a dentist and contributed to global telehealth expansion strategy.

Wayne Hockmeyer is a retired U.S. Army officer and former Chief of the Department of Immunology at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. He founded MedImmune, Inc., which focused on infectious, cancer, and inflammatory diseases and served as Chairman and CEO from 1988 to 2007 before being acquired by AstraZeneca.
