Over more than 12 years at the company, he built a 300-plus person global organization, deployed generative AI and LLM platforms that handle over 50% of customer interactions, and led the post-acquisition integration of Lemonaid Telehealth. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ingenuity Systems, where he developed customer success frameworks and a fee-based training business and led the company's integration following its acquisition by QIAGEN.

Joyce Tung is a Co-Founder and Partner at Grit Road Partners, a seed-stage AgTech fund based in Nebraska that invests in areas including row crop, livestock, irrigation, ag inputs, and supply chain. Before founding Grit Road, she led the investment team at Invest Nebraska for nearly eight years. She holds a JD from Nebraska Law and is a member of the Nebraska Bar.

She holds a BA in international affairs and economics from the American University of Paris and a master's degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

Peter Thoren is Vice President of Research at 23andMe, where he has been a member of the executive team. He contributed to the development of the company's FDA-authorized consumer genetic test, the establishment of a therapeutics group focused on human genetics-based drug discovery, and the company's public offering, and helped build a human genetics research cohort of over 10 million participants. He oversaw the expansion of the research team from ten to seventy scientists with backgrounds in areas including statistical genetics, machine learning, bioinformatics, epidemiology, and survey methodology.

Peter L. Thorén is Executive Vice President of Access Industries and Head of the Access Family Office, and serves as a director of the firm. He also manages the Blavatnik Family Foundation. Before joining Access in 2001, he held senior management roles at Salomon Inc and Walker Digital and worked as an attorney at Rogers & Wells in New York.
