Gaurav Chaturvedi is a General Partner at Kae Capital, where he leads and co-manages investments in SaaS, B2B commerce, and emerging technology, focusing on system-led software and enterprise solutions. He works with founders on product strategy, go-to-market structuring, and operational scaling at early and follow-on stages. Before joining Kae, he co-founded Thinklabs, a STEM experiential learning business in India.

Sasha Mirchandani is the Founder and Managing Partner at Kae Capital and co-founder of Mumbai Angels. He was previously Managing Director for India at BlueRun Ventures and earlier founded and ran Imercius Technologies, in addition to leading Corporate Affairs and New Business at MIRC Electronics. He holds a Business Administration degree from Strayer University, completed the Management Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Executive MBA program.

Sunitha Viswanathan is a Partner at Kae Capital, focusing on investments in fintech, consumer tech, D2C, and healthtech. She works with founders on business model refinement, go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and scaling operations. Prior to Kae, she spent eight years at Unitus Ventures supporting early-stage companies.

Abhilash A leads Marketing and Communications at Kae Capital, an early-stage venture firm in India, where he oversees brand strategy and media relations. His prior experience includes roles in venture capital, growth-stage startups, and Uber. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.

Abhilasha Mooley is a Chartered Accountant with a decade of post-qualification experience in fund accounting, data analysis, and MIS reporting. Prior to Kae Capital, she worked at KPIT Technologies and Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., where she concentrated on process automation and system design. At Kae Capital, she manages fund accounting and taxation for the firm's funds.

Roshini is an Executive Assistant at Kae Capital, where she supports the General Partners with executive operations, scheduling, travel, stakeholder coordination, and office administration. Before joining the firm, she worked with Category II Alternative Investment Funds including RevX Capital and Transition Venture Capital, gaining experience in fund operations, investor relations, and portfolio support. She holds a Bachelor's degree.

Antra Saxena earned an undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur and began her career in financial services at BlackRock. She later moved into early-stage investing at Accel and now works at Kae Capital, where she focuses on founders building products for the Indian consumer.

Bhawna Soni has four years of experience at early-stage venture capital funds, working on institutional fundraising, LP engagement, and fund operations. Her work covers end-to-end fundraising processes, including pitch decks, DDQs, data rooms, and global LP diligence coordination. She previously worked at SucSEED Venture Partners managing relationships with over 125 LPs, holds a BBA (Honours) in Finance from Calcutta University, and has cleared CFA Level I.

Chandni Jani has over 19 years of experience in customer service, operations, and executive support, with prior roles at ICICI Prudential, Standard Chartered Bank, Reliance Life Insurance, Noor Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank, including six years working in Dubai. At Kae Capital, she manages travel, logistics, office operations, vendor management, and administrative coordination. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mumbai University.

Gautam Marwah is Chief of Staff at Kae Capital, where he works across portfolio management, community, fundraising, and investments. He previously held roles at fintech startups Qbera, Kite, and Pine Labs, most recently as a Product Manager, and spent six months trading U.S. interest rate futures at Futures First. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi and an MBA from Masters' Union, and hosts the Indianaut Podcast.

Nisa Mohamedi is the Manager – Administration at Kae Capital, with more than three decades of experience in operations and executive support. She previously worked as a Business Analyst at ABC Consultants and Manpower Services before entering the venture capital field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Nisha K Pai is a Senior Associate at Kae Capital and a Qualified Chartered Accountant. She has over 6.5 years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, and finance, with prior roles at KPMG, HDFC, and M2P Fintech, where she worked on M&A and strategic initiatives.

Prachi Kulkarni is an HR Associate at Kae Capital. She holds an arts degree and completed an NIIT program in computer science, and has prior experience at V Ships India Pvt. Ltd. and deGustibus Hospitality Pvt Ltd. Her work focuses on talent acquisition for Kae's portfolio companies and establishing internal HR processes and policies.

Ramkrishna Bhat is Manager of Finance and Accounts at Kae Capital, which he joined in September 2015. He focuses on financial accounting and MIS. Prior to Kae Capital, he spent 22 years at Onida in the accounts and director's office.

Rencia Jagesh Piedade is an Executive Assistant at Kae Capital, where she handles administrative tasks. She previously worked as a Secretary at Chitralekha Magazine Company and JTB Jupiter Courier Company, and as a Front Office Executive at Baliboo Restaurant, with over three years of work experience.

Sangeeta Bhutra is the Manager – Accounts & Compliance at Kae Capital, where she handles financial operations, compliance, and governance across the firm's funds. Before Kae Capital, she worked with Lead Angels, FlipsSpaces, and Kothari H & Associates on finance, compliance, and audit mandates.

Sarthak Biswas is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and an IIT Bombay graduate with six years of venture capital experience at Kae Capital and Chiratae Ventures. He previously held strategy and operations roles at Kheyti and is focused on the intersection of AI and venture capital.

Sucheta Damle is the CFO at Kae Capital. She holds CA and LLB qualifications and previously held senior finance roles at VIP Industries, Tata Tele, Patni Computers, Financial Technologies, IIFL, and SuperCFO. Her experience spans over 25 years across financial accounting, planning, business-unit finance controlling, and strategy implementation.
