Mychal is a senior analyst supporting investment efforts across all three of Radicle Impact's focus areas. A former founder and operator, he focuses on increasing inclusion in the tech ecosystem and has worked with community and economic development organizations.

Nick Egger-Bovet is a part-time Regulatory Associate at Radicle Impact assisting with fintech deal diligence and compliance. He also works full-time at Beneficial State Bank and was previously a bank examiner at the FDIC.

Pete Hartigan is an advisor to Radicle Impact focused on enabling the 'Values Economy.' He founded MUSE, serves as a family office CFO/CIO and managing partner of Marketplace Funds, and previously helped found SoFi as its Chief Community Officer.
