Desney Tan is Corporate Vice President and Managing Director for Microsoft Research, where he oversees a multidisciplinary organization focused on artificial intelligence, systems infrastructure, and human-computer interaction. He serves on the boards of ResMed, 1910 Genetics, and the Washington Research Foundation, and holds an affiliate faculty appointment at the University of Washington. His career spans hardware and software development, applied machine learning, and health sciences, with prior work shipped across Azure, Windows, Office, Xbox Kinect, and the Microsoft Band.

Dr. Piyalitt Ittichaiwong combines clinical training with PhD Cancer Imaging research to bridge European academia and Southeast Asian venture investing, publishes medical AI and imaging research, and creates patient-focused content.

Manop Pithukpakorn is a medical geneticist who leads Siriraj’s precision-medicine center and practices at leading Thai hospitals, offering deep genetics research and clinical insight to evaluate healthtech and genomics startups.

Prof. Zen Chu builds dense clinician-engineer-payor-entrepreneur networks, drawing on leadership of MIT Hacking Medicine and MIT Healthcare Ventures plus ties across MIT, Harvard Med, UCLA, Cambridge and Bali.

Stacey Chang is Principal at New Origin Studio, where she advises organizations developing sustainable, equitable, and effective models, particularly in health. Previously, she founded and directed the Design Institute for Health at the University of Texas at Austin, an institution that applied human-centered design to clinical, community, and systems-level health challenges. Prior to that role, she served as Managing Director of the Healthcare practice at IDEO, working with governments, research institutions, hospitals, and healthcare companies across established and emerging markets.

Fern Srisomsup is Chief of Staff at SeaX Ventures with experience in strategic partnerships and program management across multiple industries. She holds an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from a UK institution and has worked in public relations, marketing, and communication roles at organizations ranging from small agencies to listed public companies in Thailand, as well as in the engineering sector. Her background spans project planning, stakeholder management, and experience in multicultural and international work environments.

Sarin Vongsuwanlert is a Senior Investment Associate at SeaX Ventures, a venture capital firm with over USD 70 million in assets under management. She brings more than five years of experience in investment banking and private equity, having previously worked at Aura Group and 9 Basil. She holds an MSc in Business & Finance from Warwick Business School and a BBA from Chulalongkorn University.
