Investment thesis
The fund targets legacy and strategic industries where innovation and enabling technologies can transform Canadian companies into global leaders. It makes early-stage equity investments starting at Series A into Canadian companies that have demonstrated market validation, focusing on sectors of Canadian economic advantage such as Manufacturing 4.0, agri-tech and food-tech, and extractive industries like mining, oil and gas.
