He also founded Smileneo, a licensed direct-to-consumer teledentistry platform in the GCC region, which was acquired by India's makeO in 2023.

Kasia Kosior leads PR and communications at Disrupt.com and has over 15 years of experience building and scaling global communications functions. She advises founders, CEOs, and boards on communications strategy, team leadership, and situations including mergers and acquisitions, rapid growth, and crises. Her work spans multiple regions and industries, including technology, AI, blockchain, gaming, health tech, cybersecurity, aerospace and defense, energy, pharmaceuticals, retail, and SaaS startups, as well as NGOs.

Muhammad Ovais serves as VP Global Legal and Taxation at Disrupt.com, formerly known as Gaditek. His background includes work as a Financial Controller in the information technology and services industry, with experience in auditing, financial analysis, accounting, and financial statements. He is a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
