Fiona O'Callaghan is Managing Director of FIGR Ventures, an early-stage investment fund focused on mission-driven consumer businesses, and founder of The Harrington Foundation, a charitable foundation supporting systemic social and environmental change. He joined Hg in 2001 and led the firm's transition to a software-focused strategy over two decades ago, and currently co-heads the Saturn Team alongside Justin Von Simson, which invests in mission-critical software applications serving accountants, tax and compliance professionals, and design and engineering sectors. With an engineering background, Humphries has invested in software for approximately 30 years and serves on the boards of organizations including the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards, The Royal Foundation, and Impetus.
