Adam Kiki-Charles is an investor and operations leader with over a decade of experience in venture capital, fund strategy, and institutional operations. At The Equity Alliance, he evaluated more than 350 venture funds, conducted diligence on early-stage investments and direct deals, and facilitated the closing of over $50 million in LP capital while building the firm's investment infrastructure, CRM systems, and LP relations. Previously, he spent eight years as a healthcare IT consultant implementing complex systems and revenue cycle transformations for hospital clients, and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Political Science from Brown University.

Ines Kljucar is CEO of BIBUS Group and brings over 20 years of experience leading industrial businesses through organic and inorganic growth, digital transformation, and organizational change across consulting firms, family-owned companies, and publicly listed organizations. Her work has focused on managing decentralized organizations during periods of expansion while maintaining entrepreneurial culture and local accountability. Beyond her executive role, Kljucar advises venture capital funds, invests as an angel investor, and participates as a jury member in accelerator and innovation programs.

Scott Kapnick is Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of HPS Investment Partners, which joined BlackRock in July 2025, and serves as a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee and Chairman of the Private Financing Solutions Executive Office. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Highbridge Capital Management from 2013 to 2016, and held positions as Management Committee Member, Partner, and Co-Head of Global Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2006, including a tenure as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs International. He holds a JD/MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree from Williams College, and studied at the London School of Economics & Political Science.
