Erez Elisha joined TCV in 2019 and leads the firm's global finance, treasury, valuation, tax, corporate development, and IT functions. He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sculptor Capital Management and held VP of Finance roles at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jake Reynolds is a General Partner at TCV, where he has invested since 1997. Over his 30-year career in venture capital and private equity, he has focused on enterprise software and SaaS investments, participating in more than 40 portfolio companies across application and infrastructure software. Reynolds served on TCV's Executive Committee from 2010 to 2021 and currently sits on the boards of Cognite, Kipu, Trulioo, and Watermark.

Jay Hoag is a technology investor who has worked in the industry for over 40 years. Before founding his own firm, he spent more than 12 years as a Managing Director and technology-focused venture capitalist and fund manager at Chancellor Capital Management. In 1995 he co-founded TCV with Rick Kimball, and the firm has since raised approximately $24 billion in capital to provide growth capital to technology companies. He serves as chair of TCV's Investment Committee and sits on the firm's Executive Committee, which oversees general management of the firm and its funds. Over his career he has been involved in a wide range of technology investments spanning consumer internet, software, and marketplaces, including Netflix, Airbnb, Spotify, LinkedIn, Meta, Peloton, and Zillow. He is also active in higher-education governance, holding roles at the University of Michigan, Northwestern University, and Vanderbilt University.

John Doran joined TCV's investment team in 2012 and helped open the firm's London office, focusing on consumer, fintech, and enterprise software investments; he also sits on TCV's Executive Committee. He was previously an investor at Summit Partners and began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and New York.

John Drew joined TCV in 2002 and brings over 20 years of operational, financial, and technical experience. Before TCV, he was one of four CEOs in the Office of the Chairman at Lucent Technologies and previously served as President and CEO of International Network Services, with earlier roles at Unisys and service as a U.S. Army Captain.

Julia Novaes Roux is a General Partner at TCV, where she heads the firm's fundraising, investor relations, and marketing activities after joining in 2019. She has global fundraising experience in private equity spanning technology and emerging markets growth sectors. Before TCV, she led business development as a Managing Director at Autonomy Capital in New York. Earlier she worked in private equity at Silver Lake, focused on global fundraising, and served as Head of IR for Vinci Partners across New York and São Paulo. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in New York. Born in Rio de Janeiro and educated across Europe, she holds an M.Sc. in Finance and speaks five languages.

Michael Kalfayan is a General Partner at TCV based in London, where he focuses on investments in the fintech, consumer, and enterprise software sectors across European technology companies. He first joined TCV in 2014 and rejoined in 2017 after serving as Head of Business Operations at SiteMinder. Before TCV, he worked as an investor at Summit Partners, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed investments across the technology and healthcare sectors. He has more than a decade of experience investing in European technology. His portfolio involvement spans companies including Revolut, Sportradar, Miro, Trade Republic, Qonto, and Believe. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in Social Studies and holds an L.L.B. from the University of Law.

Muz Ashraf joined TCV in 2015 and invests in software, fintech, and internet companies, with involvement in firms such as Klarna, Celonis, Miro, Mollie, and Redis. Before TCV he worked at Vector Capital, Merrill Lynch, and T. Rowe Price.

Nari Ansari first joined TCV in 2006 and focuses on minority and majority control investments across application and industry-specific software, fintech/payments, healthcare IT, and tech-enabled services. Before rejoining TCV, he was a Managing Director on Sixth Street's Tech Growth team (2022–2025) and holds MS and BS degrees in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford.

Neil Tolaney is a General Partner at TCV, a growth-stage technology investment firm based in Menlo Park, California. He first joined TCV in 2011 and rejoined in 2020, focusing on investments serving consumers and SMEs across digital entertainment, digital health, online fitness, prosumer empowerment, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, and online travel. Before returning to TCV, he was a Partner at Francisco Partners, and earlier served as Managing Director of PersonalizationMall.com, an e-commerce direct marketer of personalized gifts that was acquired by Bed Bath and Beyond. He also held an operating role as Director of Strategic Development at LegalZoom, where he now serves on the board of directors. His current investments include Adevinta, ByteDance, GoodRx, Grow Therapy, Hotmart, LegalZoom, Mercury, onX, Strava, and Zillow, and he was previously involved with TCV deals including AppNexus, Brex, Facebook, Hinge Health, Instacart, and Minted. He earned undergraduate degrees from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ric Fenton is Chief of TCV's Investment Operations and the firm's Chief Legal Officer, overseeing Legal, Capital Markets, Portfolio Talent and Data Intelligence functions and supporting deal teams throughout the investment process. Before joining TCV in 2008, he was an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett advising private equity firms and corporations on M&A and securities matters.

Rick Kimball is a venture capitalist and technology investor who co-founded the growth equity firm TCV with Jay Hoag in 1995. Before TCV, he spent more than a decade as a Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, focusing on telecommunications and data communications as a venture capitalist and senior equity research analyst. Under his tenure, TCV has raised over $17 billion in capital and become a provider of growth capital to technology companies. He has been involved in numerous TCV investments spanning telecom, infrastructure, and consumer technology, including GoDaddy, Rent the Runway, Redback Networks, and Liquidnet. His equity research earned number one institutional rankings from Greenwich Associates and recognition from Institutional Investor Magazine. Beyond investing, he serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of California, San Francisco and has held prior board roles at Dartmouth College.

Robert "Bob" Trudeau is a General Partner and Senior Advisor at TCV, which he joined in 2005. He has worked in the investment industry since 2000. Before TCV, he was a Principal at General Atlantic Partners, where he led the firm's financial services practice, and earlier a Managing Director at iFormation Group, a joint venture between General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs, and Boston Consulting Group. At TCV he led the Business Development Group and was involved in investments in financial services and technology companies including Envestnet, MarketAxess, Interactive Brokers, and RiskMetrics Group. He focuses largely on financial services and fintech investments. Born and raised in Montreal, he holds degrees from Queen's University and The University of Western Ontario.

Tim McAdam is a General Partner at TCV with over 30 years of experience in technology venture and private equity investing. He has served as a board member and investor across a portfolio of 30+ companies spanning software, SaaS, cybersecurity, and networking, with notable outcomes including IPOs at Splunk, JDA Software, and Hummingbird Communications, and acquisitions such as Silver Peak (HPE, $1B) and ServiceMax (GE, $1B). He currently sits on the boards of Aviatrix, Alarm.com, Vectra, Oversight Systems, Roofr, Passport, Benchsci, and Perceptyx, among others.

Aaron founded TCV's Data Intelligence Group to improve data-driven investment decisions, joining as an associate in the consumer internet sector where he worked on deals including Airbnb, Dollar Shave Club, GoFundMe, and Rover. Before TCV, he worked in TMT investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Alexander Wortmann is a Partner at the growth equity firm TCV, where he focuses on investment opportunities in the enterprise software and fintech sectors. He originally joined TCV in 2016 and rejoined in 2021 after a stint at RELEX Solutions, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecoms group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, where he worked on M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Before entering finance, he completed an engineering internship at Lockheed Martin on the production team for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter in Fort Worth, Texas. He holds both an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Delft University of Technology. He is based in Menlo Park.

Chris Degiere joined TCV in 2017 and leads Data Science and Engineering within the Data Intelligence Group, applying computational methods to data-driven investment decisions. He previously led Company Data and Sales Intelligence at LinkedIn and founded a technology consultancy serving startups and Fortune 500 firms.

David Eichler joined TCV in 2013 and leads Portfolio Optimization across the firm's portfolio, having previously invested in B2B software including edtech, fintech, HR tech, and vertical market software. Before TCV he worked at The Blackstone Group on Technology M&A and began his career at venture debt provider Lighthouse Capital Partners.

John Delfino joined TCV in 2014 as General Counsel, handling deal structuring and execution, portfolio matters, and legal/operational functions, with over 15 years advising private equity firms and corporate clients. He previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP on M&A, leveraged buyouts, co-investments, and securities matters. He holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D./M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Marta joined TCV's investment team in 2021 and focuses on enterprise software investments. She previously worked at General Atlantic in London and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, and holds an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Morgan Gerlak is a Partner at TCV focused on the firm's Velocity strategy, investing in earlier and expansion-stage companies, with partnerships including Albert Invent, Arize, Cloudsmith, Elisity, Legit Security, Nagomi, Upwind, and formerly Avalor. Before TCV he worked at Forgepoint Capital, Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, and began his career in technology investment banking at Boston Meridian Partners.

Gopi Vaddi is a General Partner at Cover Drive Partners with over 20 years of experience investing in technology companies. Previously, he served as a General Partner at TCV, PSG, and Providence Equity, leading buyout and growth investments in software and technology firms including Arcoro, ThreatConnect, Untangle, LogicMonitor, and Talend, among others.

Andrea Cambria leads the valuation process for TCV's investments and other corporate finance activities, having joined the firm's Finance team in 2019. She previously spent over 11 years in Deloitte's valuation services practice in New York, serving investment management clients including PE funds, hedge funds, and endowments/pension funds.

Jeff Baldwin focuses on enterprise software and tech-enabled services investments at TCV, which he first joined in 2018 and rejoined in 2025. He previously worked in buyout investing at H.I.G. Capital and began his career advising technology companies on M&A and capital markets at Barclays.

Meriann Chun joined TCV's finance team in 2020 with over 15 years in financial services management controllership, including a decade at Sculptor Capital Management and an audit start at Ernst & Young. She oversees the management company's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, disbursements, payroll, and compensation planning. She holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA and is a California CPA.

Lucy Norris has held roles spanning product management, R&D, business operations, services delivery, and customer support at software companies serving the broadcast, media, contact center, and enterprise content management sectors. With experience across organizations ranging from $50 million to $1.5 billion in revenue, she has worked in global capacities for over 25 years, focusing on recurring revenue models, employee retention, and customer loyalty metrics.

Alex Flor joined TCV in 2025 as an associate focused on application software and fintech investments. He previously worked at Bain & Company's Private Equity Group on technology hardware and software diligence, and holds a degree from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

Amy joined TCV in 2019 as a Venture Partner working with the B2C team and portfolio companies. She spent 14 years in leadership at Zillow Group, serving as CMO and then COO after being a founding team member, and previously held marketing roles at Hotwire.com and worked as a broadcast journalist.

Anita Pramoda serves as Board Director at Duly Health and Care. Her work focuses on applying technology and data democratization to improve patient outcomes and quality of life in healthcare settings.

Arianne Balducci joined TCV in 2023 as Head of People, leading the firm's talent strategy, people initiatives, and culture. She previously spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs across HR business partnering, M&A people strategy, communications, and human capital management.

Bob Burke, an Operating Partner at TCV since 2011, has over 35 years of technology experience across private and public companies, focusing on software and internet investments. He was previously CEO of Art Technology Group (ATG, acquired by Oracle in 2011), CEO of Quidnunc, and President of ePresence Solutions (formerly Banyan Systems), and began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Eastern Michigan University.

Brett A. Byrd is TCV's Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, joining in 2026. He previously founded Brett Byrd Consulting and held compliance leadership roles at Ares Management, Macquarie Funds Group, and ING Capital Advisors. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Chuck Davis is Chairman and CEO of TCV portfolio company Prodege and joined TCV in 2011. He previously led Shopzilla (BizRate.com) and Fandango as Chairman/CEO, and was the first president of e-commerce at The Walt Disney Company; he holds a B.A. from Brown and an MBA from Harvard.

Doug Gilstrap focuses on IT infrastructure investments across enterprise and service provider markets, and also works with business services and fintech companies. He joined TCV in 2014, served on the board of TCV company Cradlepoint (acquired by Ericsson in 2020), and previously held senior roles including Chief Strategy Officer at Ericsson, CEO of Radianz, and CFO/COO of Equant Networks.

Greg Greeley joined TCV in 2021 as an Executive Advisor. He previously served as president of Airbnb, where he oversaw the company's Homes business along with the Luxe, Hotels, Airbnb for Work, and Superhost programs, and earlier spent about two decades at Amazon, where he helped launch and lead the global Prime program and managed Amazon's European consumer businesses. Before Amazon he held leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, United Airlines, McDonnell Douglas, and Boeing, and he holds an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley's Haas School, a Master's from USC's Viterbi School of Engineering, and a B.S. from the University of Washington.

Jamie Chen is an Associate at TCV focusing on consumer internet and SME software investments. She previously invested at Bain Capital Tech Opportunities in Boston and spent time at Ataccama, a data management company in Bain Capital's portfolio.

Jessica Neal is an Operating Partner at TCV, a growth equity firm investing in technology companies, where she has worked for over 2.5 years applying talent expertise to identify and support entrepreneurs. She previously served as Chief Talent Officer at Netflix and currently sits on the boards of Public.com and JFrog. Her background spans talent strategy, organizational development, and board-level governance across high-growth technology companies.

Former Netflix Chief Marketing Officer for seven years and prior senior marketing leader at Warner Bros Entertainment. Currently Deputy Chairman of Zalando and an executive advisor to Spotify, Xbox, and Nubank's co-founders; holds a business administration degree from Simon Fraser University.

Krista is a customer success operating executive with over 20 years of experience scaling SaaS businesses. She spent 14 years at Salesforce in various executive roles and six years at Okta as Chief Customer Officer, and joined TCV in 2022.

Mark Smith is a strategic advisor at TCV and investor in International Justice Mission. He has served as VP of Sales at six technology companies, four of which completed IPOs: Network Peripherals, NetScreen, Infoblox, and Arista Networks, along with Apptitude and Rubrik. His career spans over 25 years in sales, business development, and related functions.

Matthew Gelber joined TCV in 2017 and brings over 30 years of investment and operational experience. He currently leads a quantitative crypto and blockchain investment firm, was previously CEO of TradeLink Holdings, President of the NYSE Group's derivative exchange subsidiary, and COO at Fidelity Capital Markets. He served on the boards of Tastyworks (a former TCV portfolio company acquired by IG Group) and the Options Clearing Corporation.

Omer Fancy leads TCV's IT function, overseeing IT operations and developing technology solutions. He previously was Principal Engineering Lead at The Carlyle Group and Lead Data Warehouse Engineer at Surescripts, and holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Rafael Birnbaum joined TCV in 2021, focusing on consumer, fintech, and enterprise software investments. He previously worked in Citigroup's TMT investment banking and equity capital markets teams in London.

Sarah Ball leads TCV's compliance efforts, having joined in 2022. She previously spent six years at PointState Capital LP, rising to Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, and earlier served as a Compliance Officer at Och-Ziff Capital Management and a Market Surveillance Analyst at the International Securities Exchange. She holds an A.B. in Music with an Anthropology minor from Dartmouth College.

Gautam Gupta is a General Partner at TCV, focused on early-stage investing. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of NatureBox, a direct-to-consumer snack brand, and began his career at 18 as an early-stage investor at General Catalyst, where he spent eight years and helped establish the firm's West Coast office. Across his professional and angel investing, he has backed more than 30 companies, including BigCommerce, GoodData, Honest Company, Grammarly, Imperfect Produce, Pilot, The Pill Club, Heap Analytics, and Split.io.
