Investment thesis
Acrobator's Fund I invests in B2B(2C) AI/ML software startups spanning cybersecurity, fintech, infrastructure, synthetic media and other data-heavy technologies. It targets founders from the CIS, Baltics and Central/Eastern Europe who are building global software platforms. The firm writes initial checks of $150k to $1.65m at pre-seed and seed, preferring a lead-investor role, with follow-on participation in Series A, B and C rounds. The team draws on hands-on operating experience building and scaling SaaS companies and leading large AI/ML engineering teams, and places heavy emphasis on founder coaching and transparent, long-term partnerships. A successor strategy, 432 Legacy, continues this approach.
