George joined Kinetic in 2024 after serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Point Broadband, where he led acquisition initiatives across a 10-state region. He previously managed Alabama Power's connectivity strategy and led the creation of a 2,200-mile middle-mile network. He is an Auburn University graduate.
Faye joined Kinetic in 2025 after working at Sprague Energy as a Corporate Development Analyst supporting renewable energy acquisitions and venture development. She previously completed internships in investment analysis and deal sourcing at Morgan Stanley, HealthTrust, and Prairie Lake Group. She holds dual degrees in mathematical economics and data science from the University of Michigan.
Gene is a Senior Advisor to the Kinetic Broadband Opportunity Fund and board member of Highline. He co-developed the TDMA technique used in satellite and wireless communications. He founded Digital Communications Corporation and served as chairman and CEO of Telecom*USA before it became the fourth largest US long-distance provider. He later held the position of EVP and CFO at MCI.
Logan assists with the firm's internal financial and administrative functions. Prior to joining Kinetic, he was an Associate Fund Manager at SS&C and a Senior Accountant at Maudlin & Jenkins. He holds degrees in accounting and management from the University of Alabama and is a licensed CPA.
Paul is a former CEO of North Georgia Network who focuses on broadband markets with emphasis on fiber-optic technologies.
