Bob Geiman is a venture capital investor and co-founder of Founders United with nearly 30 years of experience in technology investing and operations. He has sourced or led investments in over 30 companies representing more than $300 million in invested capital, and previously served as a General Partner at Polaris Venture Partners and in roles at Summit Partners and Warburg Pincus. Geiman co-founded Confirm, a mobile identity authentication company acquired by Facebook, and EveryScreen Media, an advertising technology firm that merged to form Dstillery, and has served on the boards of over 30 private companies as an angel investor and advisor.

Brent Grinna is Founder and President of EverTrue, a donor experience platform serving higher education, K-12, and nonprofit institutions, which was incubated through Techstars Boston and MassChallenge and is backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Rubicon Technology Partners. He has invested in and advised early-stage companies including Drizly, Bonobos, Chubbies, OwnUp, and LovePop, and holds positions as a limited partner in Techstars and Background Capital. Grinna previously served on the Board of Governors for the Brown University Alumni Association and as VP of the Brown Football Association.

C.A. Webb is founder and principal of Vector Collective, where she advises founders, CEOs, and mission-driven organizations on growth strategy, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector partnerships. Over more than two decades, she has led organizations and initiatives at the intersection of innovation, philanthropy, and civic leadership, including serving as president of the Kendall Square Association, co-founding venture capital firm Underscore VC, and directing the New England Venture Capital Association. She also co-founded the Trinity Boston Foundation and serves on the boards of The Boston Foundation and MassRobotics.

Dave McLaughlin is CEO and co-founder of CAKE. He has experience building companies and leading teams.

DB Hurley is founder of Plasmate Labs, developing web infrastructure and governance systems designed for AI agents. His work focuses on agentic web technologies, including MeshGuard for agent governance and Plasmate, a browser engine that converts web pages into semantic object models for machine consumption. Previously, he created Mautic, an open source marketing automation platform acquired by Acquia in 2019.

Ed Durkin is Chief Financial Officer at QuEra Computing Inc. He has held CFO positions at multiple technology companies including Incipient, Sockeye Networks, Open Market, RadView Software, and Starburst Communications. His career also includes roles as CEO of Tactical Communications Group and Incipient, Vice President of Business Development at Incipient, Director of Finance and Administration at CrossComm Corporation, and senior management experience at Ernst & Young LLP.

Elizabeth manages firm operations and supports the investing partners. She previously worked in an operations role at Harvard Law School and studied at University College Cork and Universite de Strasbourg.

Jim Matheson is a Harvard Business School professor and investor who serves as Executive Chairman of Natural Intelligence Systems. He holds partner positions at Engine Ventures and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and sits on the board of FirstLight Energy. His background spans 35 years across leadership, investment, entrepreneurship, and education.

Joel Toledano is co-founder and CEO of ChargeUp.ai, which automates SKU activation and product launches for consumer packaged goods brands and brokers across distributor and retailer networks. Previously, he led an AI team at Amazon that developed voice feedback systems for Alexa, and held roles at Wayfair and multiple startups. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and serves as a board member for a health equity nonprofit in Washington DC.

John Nardone is the lead investor for Portfolia's Femtech Funds 1 through 4 and a venture partner with the Portfolia Women's Health and Longevity Fund. He has 25 years of experience serving on private, public, and nonprofit boards, including Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance committees, with work preparing boards for IPO and startup stages. Nardone is co-chair emeritus of the Women Corporate Directors Northern California Chapter and has worked as an investor, entrepreneur, and sales and marketing executive for scientific products spanning diagnostics and genetic analysis tools.

Keith Seidman is a retired Chief Financial Officer with experience leading financial operations at technology companies, including managing initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. His background encompasses SEC reporting, investor relations, equity and debt financing, and international financial organization development. He currently serves as a board member and volunteer.

Olivia Smith is COO and Co-Founder of Moonsong Labs, where she has scaled the organization from its founding team to approximately 50 employees while overseeing strategy, business development, legal, finance, and operations. Her background includes roles in investment banking at Credit Suisse, VP of Strategy at PureStake, and board positions at Memco and Glacis. She holds a joint JD/MBA from Columbia University and has spent her career working across emerging technology markets with founders, engineers, and investors.

Perry Traquina held various roles during a 34-year career at Wellington Management Company from 1980 to 2014, including equity research analyst, portfolio manager, director of research, president, CEO, managing partner, and chairman. Since withdrawing from Wellington in 2014, he has served as a director at Allstate, eBay, and Morgan Stanley, and works as a trustee with nonprofit organizations.

Scot Wingo is an entrepreneur with experience founding and exiting multiple companies, including Stingray Software (sold to Rogue Wave), AuctionRover.com (acquired by Goto.com/Overture), and ChannelAdvisor, which went public on the NYSE in 2013. He founded Get Spiffy, an on-demand car wash and detailing service operating in five U.S. markets, and currently hosts the Retailgentic podcast and writes on Substack while leading ReFiBuy, focused on agentic commerce optimization.

Steve Baloff is founder of Twin Lakes Ventures and serves as a board advisor at GuideTime. His background spans high-technology, startups, and venture capital, with expertise in software-as-a-service, internet infrastructure, security, cloud infrastructure, cryptocurrency, and social media.

A brand builder and storyteller, Mike was CMO of Actifio (acquired by Google), founding CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Interactive, and held leadership roles at Primix and m-Qube. He serves on several company boards and hosts the Contagious Narrative podcast.
