Kobi Samboursky is founder and managing partner of Glilot Capital Partners, which he established in 2011 to facilitate investment partnerships between entrepreneurs and investors. With over twenty-five years of experience in technology and investment, Samboursky previously founded and exited technology companies including Lambda Communication Networks (acquired by NICE Systems) and iWeb Technologies (acquired by a Japanese consortium), and was part of the founding team at Infogear Technologies (acquired by Cisco). He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance & Technology from Tel Aviv University.

Nofar Amikam is Managing Partner of Glilot Seed at Glilot Capital Partners, where she has built the firm's Value Creation platform and CISO Advisory Board since 2018. She invests in early-stage companies in cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise software, leveraging prior experience in enterprise sales at Microsoft, early-stage investing at JVP, and business development at Deloitte. Amikam holds an MBA with honors from Ben-Gurion University in partnership with Columbia University and is a Unit 8200 alumna.

Alon Cinamon is a venture capital investor and Principal at Viola Ventures, focusing on early-stage companies in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure software, and AI. Avinoam Nowogrodski is Chairman at Proggio and a serial entrepreneur who founded and led multiple SaaS companies, including SmarTeam, which was acquired by Dassault Systèmes, and Clarizen, a cloud project management platform where he served as CEO for over a decade and raised $90 million in funding. He has held leadership positions at Dassault Systèmes and currently works as an angel investor, consultant, and advisor to technology companies on scaling and growth strategy.

Chen Yakar is co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Exponential, an AI platform for post-acute care operators designed to increase admissions and revenue from referrals. Previously, he built partnerships at a venture capital firm supporting portfolio companies across cybersecurity, fintech, and developer tools through growth and product strategy, including companies later acquired by Palo Alto Networks and IBM. Yakar has experience as a program manager at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, a venture analyst, and a trader in equities and cryptocurrency markets.

Daniel Ziv is a Principal at Glilot Capital Partners with over a decade of experience in the Israeli technology sector.
