Lucinda Abood is the Operating Partner at Five V Capital, with more than 25 years of leadership experience as a CEO, COO and CFO across US-listed, private equity-backed and privately held businesses. She has led teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, focusing on operational improvement, team performance and value creation. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.

Srdjan Dangubic is a partner at Five V Capital with experience in growth and buyout investing across the Asia Pacific region. He previously was a director at CVC Capital Partners, working across its Australian and Hong Kong offices, and earlier held investment and advisory roles at Macquarie Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Alexandre Chavotier joined Five V Capital in 2025 as AI Lead, focusing on the firm's AI enablement strategy across the fund and its portfolio companies. He previously co-founded a consumer fintech platform and served as Chief Strategy & Analytics Officer at ZeBrands, a PE-backed scale-up in Mexico. He began his career at McKinsey & Company and QuantumBlack in Sydney, leading the AI team in ANZ, and holds degrees from Sciences Po Paris and the University of St. Gallen.

Aman Sharma has more than 14 years of experience as a private equity investor, director, and advisor working with companies globally, across sectors including healthcare, industrials, software and technology, transport and logistics, consumer, and business services. Before joining Five V, he spent eleven years in private equity across Australia, the UK, and Europe at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) as a Director in private equity and structured capital, and earlier worked in Macquarie Capital's TMET team. He holds Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from the University of New South Wales.

Andrew Kilner has more than five years of experience across private equity and investment banking. He joined Five V Capital from Jefferies, where he worked on transactions in the software, IT services, and digital infrastructure sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance & Economics (Hons).

Andy Cheung is an investor at Five V Capital, which he joined in 2024 as part of the investment team, where he works on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management. He has over seven years of experience in growth-focused private equity investing and advisory across software and technology, consumer, and healthcare. Before Five V, he worked at Quadrant Private Equity's Growth Fund, Canva, and Macquarie Capital's Principal Finance and TMET investment banking teams, and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Angus Whitehead has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and M&A across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, with prior investment work spanning technology, consumer, industrials, and business and financial services. He was a founding member of the Five V Capital investment team, joining in 2017 for the firm's first private equity fund, and previously worked as an Investment Manager at Marwyn Capital in London focusing on buy-and-build investments in telecoms and media, and as an M&A advisory executive at EY in Sydney and London. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Bravin Ragavan has more than a decade of experience in private equity and investment banking. He joined Five V Capital from Oaktree Capital's Special Situations Private Equity Group, having begun his career at Macquarie Capital working on transactions and principal investments across technology, media, entertainment, and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Chris Adams is a private equity investor with over 20 years of experience working with companies globally as an investor, director, and advisor, with expertise in technology, IT services, and other business services. Before joining Five V Capital, he was a Managing Director and early team member at Adamantem Capital, a Director at Anchorage Capital Partners, and a Principal at Bain & Company, where he worked in London, Sydney, Boston, and Johannesburg. He began his career at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Elliott Whelan has around ten years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Before joining Five V Capital, he worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital's Sydney office, advising on transactions in the industrials and infrastructure sectors, and began his career as an accountant at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Honours) from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant.

Gemma Stooke has over ten years of experience spanning private equity, management consulting, and law. Before joining Five V Capital, she worked on the investment team at Bain Capital Private Equity in Sydney, and earlier served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, advising on strategy and operations across retail and consumer goods, technology, and financial services. She began her career as a corporate lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons and Clifford Chance, and holds degrees in economics/social sciences and law from the University of Sydney and an MBA from INSEAD.

Giulia McFarlane is Head of ESG at Five V Capital, with prior experience in consulting and in-house ESG roles across Australia and the UK focused on private equity and portfolio companies. Before joining Five V, she worked in London as a Senior Sustainability Consultant advising private equity firms on firm-level ESG strategy and portfolio implementation. Her expertise covers ESG strategy, B Corp certification, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and a Bachelor of Environment from the University of Melbourne.

Graham Brooke has 25 years of private equity experience across Australia, the UK, and Europe, working as both an investor and board director. Before joining Five V Capital as a senior advisor, he was a managing director at CPE Capital (formerly CHAMP Private Equity) and previously spent 15 years at CVC Capital Partners in London and Sydney, having begun his career in corporate finance at Arthur Andersen in London. He holds a master's degree in Classics from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant (ACA, ICAEW).

Harriet Lambert has more than eight years of experience across private equity, infrastructure investing, and investment banking. She joined Five V NZ from the investment team at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in Melbourne, having previously worked in investment banking at Jarden NZ and beginning her career in corporate finance at PwC New Zealand, where she advised mid-market companies and spent time in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Auckland.

Jo LeFevre has more than ten years of experience in private equity and investment banking in Australia and the United States. She joined Five V Capital in 2025, where she works on sourcing and executing investments and supporting portfolio company growth. Before Five V, she worked at Gresham Capital Partners and Concentric Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Finance and Accounting) from Indiana University.

Justin England has more than 15 years of experience in global investing and corporate finance. He joined Five V Capital from the Australian mid-market private equity firm Pemba Capital Partners, having started his career at KPMG advising on M&A, market entry and strategy across Australia, Thailand and Myanmar. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Karen Bell is the Chief Operating Officer at Five V Capital, with a 30-year career in financial services spanning leadership, strategy, governance and change management roles across Sydney, Singapore, London and Amsterdam. Before Five V, she was a partner at Privatus Capital Partners, and earlier worked at Bell Partners, spent 20 years in the Chief Operating Office at Deutsche Bank, and held a manager role in KPMG's Banking and Finance practice. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Securities Institute of Australia, and the Institute of Company Directors.

Larissa Reyes is Chief People Officer at Five V Capital, with roughly two decades of experience in people and culture, organisational development, and transformation across the private equity sector. Before joining Five V, she spent ten years at Vitruvian Partners in London and earlier held roles at Permira, 3i Group, IBM, and Microsoft. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University.

Maya Taylor works at Five V Capital with a background in financial services and private markets investing. Before joining the firm, she was a Product Analyst at Commonwealth Securities (CommSec, CBA) working on product development and commercial analysis, and previously an Investment Analyst at Kakariki Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and Business Law.

Morgan Duke has over ten years of experience in private equity and advisory. Before Five V Capital, he spent eight years at Navis Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm in the Asia Pacific region, working with businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia in sectors such as healthcare, education, and agriculture. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Murray Schnuriger heads Five V Capital's New Zealand team, where he handles deal origination, execution, and portfolio management in the NZ market alongside the firm's Australian team. Before joining Five V, he was a Corporate Finance Partner at PwC New Zealand with more than 20 years of M&A advisory experience across sectors including consumer, telco, technology, primary industries, and construction and industrial products, and spent six years on PwC NZ's Executive Leadership Team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Nick Larkin has close to ten years of investing experience across debt and equity, working with founders and management teams at Five V Capital to grow businesses. He joined Five V in 2018 from Macquarie Group, where he was an Executive in the Principal Finance team handling special situations including credit, distressed assets, and tailored equity investments. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Laws (1st Honours) from Macquarie University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Nikita Bartolotta joined Five V Capital's private equity investment team in 2019, bringing over eight years of experience in private equity and M&A advisory. She previously worked in the M&A practice at PwC Australia, where she began her career as a cadet in the Assurance division. At Five V she has worked on investments from entry through exit, focusing on the education, technology, and industrial services and aftermarket sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a graduate degree from the University of Queensland.

Patrick Rodden has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance across Australia and the US. Before joining Five V, he was a Managing Director within EQT's global infrastructure strategy, spent five years with Carlyle's Asia Private Equity team, and began his private equity career at CHAMP Private Equity, where he worked on mid-market investments across various sectors. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney.

Sam McKelvey has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking across New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Before joining the Five V New Zealand team, he spent ten years in UK private equity at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) as a Director, investing in private equity and structured capital, and earlier worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank / Craigs Investment Partners in Auckland. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Economics) and a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Otago.

Sara Soldo has over 10 years of experience working with emerging growth companies in both advisory and operational roles, supporting founders and management teams on growth execution, capital raising, M&A, and strategic initiatives. She previously worked in the corporate finance team at Wilsons Advisory, in corporate development at non-bank lender Plenti through its scale-up and ASX listing, and held roles at Greenstone Partners and CBA's Institutional Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University.

Simon Kriechbaum has around 15 years of experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK as a private equity investor, operator and advisor. Before joining Five V's New Zealand team, he worked in private equity at Waterman Capital Partners as an Investment Director and earlier at Palamon Capital Partners in London, having begun his career at KPMG Consulting in Auckland. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from INSEAD, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Tim Cooper has more than a decade of experience in private equity and credit investing. He joined Five V Capital at its founding in 2016, having previously worked at Macquarie principal finance and begun his career in strategy consulting at Booz & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from Australian National University.

Xavier Notermans focuses on technology-led transformation, with experience in audit and assurance, process design, and product ownership. Before Five V Capital, he spent eight years at Deloitte across the Netherlands, the US, and global teams, including a role as Product Manager in the Global Products & Solutions Team. At Five V, he works on data strategy, workflow improvements, and collaboration tools across the investment lifecycle. He holds a Bachelor of International Business from Maastricht University, a Master's in Accounting, Auditing & Control from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an International Executive Master of Auditing from VU Amsterdam.
