Elected CEO and Executive Director in October 2025, Thomas has over 25 years of experience at global financial institutions leading trading, sales and research divisions. He previously was CEO of QuantCube Middle East, Group Head of Global Markets at First Abu Dhabi Bank, and spent 20+ years at Credit Agricole.

Elected CFO and Executive Director in September 2023 and CFRO in 2025, she oversees finance and control functions. She previously served as CFRO at Achmea Investment Management and CFO/board member at AEGIS London and Amlin Underwriting, and is a chartered accountant in the Netherlands.

Joined Flow Traders as a trader in 2013 and rose to Global Head of Trading and Co-Chief Trading Officer in 2025, focusing on digital assets. He holds two master's degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Elected CTO and Executive Board member in June 2024, Owain leads the global technology function. He previously was CTO and Partner at Numeus Research, a Founding Partner at Mercury Trading, and held senior technology roles at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Citadel.

Joined Flow Traders as a trader in 2014 and became Global Head of Trading in 2022 and Co-Chief Trading Officer in 2025, leading the global equities trading strategy. He holds a master's in Theoretical Physics from the University of Amsterdam.

Joined in 2016 to open Flow Traders' US Institutional Trading broker dealer and was promoted to CEO Americas in July 2023, overseeing US operations. He previously was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a Director at Deutsche Bank.

Elected Non-Executive Director in November 2025 with 30+ years in financial and banking sectors. She held leadership roles at Citibank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is a founding Managing Director of Amicos Advisors.

Non-Executive Director since April 2023 with experience in finance, risk, and governance. He previously was CFO and Vice-Chair at ING Insurance and NN Group, and currently serves on boards including Monzo Bank and as a Venture Partner at Mundi Ventures.

Joined in 2026 as CEO APAC, overseeing regional trading and technology. He spent 30+ years at Societe Generale in trading leadership roles and was Deputy Head of Global Markets at Credit Agricole, with 20 years of experience in Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Joined in 2026 as COO, providing strategic leadership across trading, technology, risk and infrastructure. He was previously Group COO and Executive Board member at ACT Commodities and spent 14 years at ANZ Bank.

Non-Executive Director since April 2023, Karen is an experienced investor and financial services leader. She was Global Head of Equities at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and CEO of Barclays Global Private Bank, with earlier private equity experience at Goldman Sachs.

Non-Executive Director since April 2021 with 30+ years of experience in managing organizations and driving change. She founded Aberkyn and Hovius Consultancy and holds supervisory roles at Royal Flora Holland, KPMG Netherlands, and Triple Jump Impact Investment.

Non-Executive Director since April 2023, Paul has a track record in trading, clearing and market infrastructure. He previously served as global CEO of Optiver and as Managing Director heading Deutsche Borse's cash market business.

Chairman of the Flow Traders Ltd. Board, first appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2015. A former capital markets lawyer with 25+ years of board-level experience, he previously served as CEO of Eurex and Chairman of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Joined in 2023 as Global Head of Risk and now leads global risk, legal and compliance functions. She previously led Financial Markets & Business Services at ING in the Netherlands and holds a Dutch law master's degree from the University of Amsterdam.
