Susan Lin is an investor at Felix Capital with over a decade of experience advising, investing in, and working at consumer and technology companies. She previously focused on software investments at HgCapital, a London-based private equity fund, and worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company across San Francisco, Singapore, and London. Earlier in her career she held roles at two startups, serving as Director of Partner Strategy at cloud app marketplace AppDirect and in business development at meal kit service Plated. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alex Coles is an Investor Relations Manager at Felix Capital. He previously worked at Hanover Investors, where he handled fundraising across public and private strategies, and started his career in investment and advisory roles at Investec and Asante Capital Group. Earlier, he founded Imagined Media, a digital agency whose clients included Adobe, Ritz-Carlton, McDonald's and Heineken. He holds a BSc in Geography from Durham University.

Angela Chou is an Investor at Felix Capital who previously worked at Facebook as a Product Marketing Manager for its SaaS product Workplace. Before that, she was a Marketplace Strategy Manager at eBay UK, co-founded a D2C jewellery startup, and began her career at McKinsey & Company in the Taipei and London offices serving consumer, food & beverage, and packaging companies. She holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University and speaks Mandarin, French, and English.

Christophe Maire has over 18 years of experience as a founder and CEO of technology ventures. He is the CEO and founder of Atlantic Labs, a Berlin-based company builder focused on creating digital companies, and previously founded txtr, an eBooks distribution network, and gate5, a mobile navigation software company that he sold to Nokia in 2006. He studied in St. Gallen, at ESADE, and at Stanford, holds Swiss citizenship, and has worked in Asia.

Ciaran Rooney is General Counsel at Felix Capital, where he has advised on the fund's investments and portfolio company legal matters since 2020. He previously held senior leadership roles at venture-backed companies, including through the IPOs of Rockley Photonics (NYSE, 2021) and eve sleep (London AIM, 2017), and has worked on fundraising, deal structuring and corporate development across a range of transactions. He founded Roixon Advisory, a consultancy for venture-backed growth companies and VC funds, and is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales who previously practiced at Cooley.

David Fischer is the Founder and CEO of Highsnobiety, which he started in 2005 as a streetwear and subculture blog and grew into a global media brand covering fashion, music, art, and lifestyle. Highsnobiety operates curated editorial content, an in-house content production agency called Highsnobiety+, and an e-commerce platform that connects brands with style-focused audiences.

David Marcus is the co-founder and CEO of Lightspark, a company focused on building on Bitcoin's capabilities. He previously led Facebook's financial unit (F2), which included Facebook Pay, Novi, and Payments, and earlier ran Messenger; he joined Facebook in 2014 from PayPal, where he served as President and VP of Mobile. He founded the mobile payments company Zong (acquired by PayPal in 2011) and launched his first two companies in Europe after attending the University of Geneva.

Fabian Burnett Small is an investor at Felix Capital with over eight years of experience across European high-growth software companies. He previously served as Head of Corporate Development and Growth at Forecast, a VC-backed software company, and before that was on the investment team at One Peak Partners, a London-based growth equity fund focused on B2B software, fintech, and consumer internet. He began his career in the financial sponsors investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and holds a first-class honours degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.

Francesco Frontani is an investor at Felix Capital. He previously worked at BCG in Paris within the BrightHouse practice, advising consumer companies, family offices, and public institutions across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and was part of the founding team of BCG BrightHouse in Milan. He graduated with honours from ESCP Business School.

Frederic Court is the founder and an investor at Felix Capital, with around two decades in the technology industry. He previously was a General Partner at Advent Ventures in London, an entrepreneur in France who built a VC-backed textile-industry online marketplace, and a technology banker at Lazard in London and New York. He holds degrees from ESSEC in Paris and Bocconi University in Milan.

Grita Loebsack, a German national, began her career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman before joining L'Oréal in 1996, where she held marketing and general management roles including Managing Director of L'Oréal UK and Ireland and Global Brand President of Vichy. She later served as EVP of Global Skin Care at Unilever, CEO of Fashion and Leather Goods Emerging Brands at Kering, and Group Chief Marketing Officer of Essilor, and is now President for Nivea at Beiersdorf. She graduated from the London School of Economics and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Henri Moissinac is the co-founder and CEO of Dott, a European micro-mobility company he started in August 2018. He previously served as Head of Business Europe at Ofo, led Mobile Business Development for EMEA at Uber, and spent six years at Facebook leading mobile partnerships worldwide. Earlier he ran eBay mobile and co-founded iBazar, an e-commerce marketplace acquired by eBay. He is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Télécom ParisTech.

Henry White heads Capital Markets at Felix Capital, working with portfolio companies on financing strategy, debt financing, and capital planning while supporting the firm's investment platform. Before Felix, he was Financial Controller at Greyhound Capital Partners and spent over six years at RSM UK advising alternative investment managers. He is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.

Indah Cia joined Felix Capital as an Executive Assistant in March 2022, supporting the investment team as well as handling events and office management. Before Felix, she spent five years at Cambridge Associates supporting Partners and Managing Directors within the European Pensions team. Born in Singapore and raised in Vancouver, she completed her undergraduate degree in Shanghai and speaks English, Bahasa Indonesian, and basic Mandarin.

Jack Eastgate joined Felix Capital as Financial Controller in June 2024, overseeing financial management, reporting, and compliance for the firm and its funds. He is a chartered accountant (ACA) and ICAEW member who began his career in audit at HW Fisher and later became an audit manager at KPMG specialising in asset management audits. Before Felix, he spent nearly two years at Eight Roads working on portfolio company valuations, insights, and analytics.

Jon Kamaluddin was International Director at ASOS from 2009 to 2012, after serving five years as its CFO, and was a member of the ASOS PLC Board of Directors, during which time the company's international sales grew significantly. He has since chaired the boards of Farmdrop and Klarna and served as a board member of Farfetch, and invests in early-stage ecommerce businesses. He began his career in corporate recovery at Arthur Andersen and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Joyce Santos is an Executive Assistant at Felix Capital, supporting the investment team. She has more than 15 years of experience in finance, having previously worked with senior leaders at Sixth Street Partners, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank across areas including private equity and macroeconomic research.

Julien Codorniou spent 11 years at Facebook, where he led the global platform partnerships team and, from 2016, served as Vice President of Workplace, growing it to 9 million paid subscribers across companies such as Walmart, GSK, and Spotify. Earlier in his career he worked in finance and was Director of Business Development at Microsoft. He holds a Master of Management from Skema Business School and co-authored a 2005 book about Kelkoo.com.

Laurent Droin is a partner and investor at Felix Capital with a career spanning corporate, advisory, and investment roles in the consumer industry. Before Felix, he was a Partner at Eurazeo, where he led the European Consumer Growth effort from Paris, and prior to that he spent a decade at BNP Paribas as a Managing Director focused on M&A in New York and nine years at Danone in strategic and operational roles across France, Argentina, and Eastern Europe. He holds a degree from ESCP in Paris.

Lopo Champalimaud is a Board Director at Verlinvest, where he leads early-stage investment strategy. He previously founded and served as CEO of Treatwell, a European online booking platform for hair and beauty services that was acquired by Recruit Holdings in 2015. Before Treatwell, he was Managing Director of Lifestyle at lastminute.com and founded two data and CRM startups in New York.

Musa Tariq joined GoFundMe in January 2021 to lead its marketing and communications functions. He previously served as global head of marketing for Airbnb Experiences and as chief brand officer at Ford Motor Company, and has held marketing leadership roles at Apple, Nike, and Burberry. He holds a B.S. in Geography and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Pelle Tornberg founded SeaBay Capital in 2007 and owns Metro, the fourth largest newspaper in the US. Over more than three decades he has built, managed and listed several media companies, including Metro International, Modern Times Group (MTG), SDI, and Strix Television. He serves as an advisor to Felix Capital.

Phoebe Wallwork is an investor at Felix Capital. She previously worked as a Vice President in the investment team at TSG Consumer, a consumer-focused private equity firm, and before that as an investment banking Associate in the Industrials & Services team at Evercore, advising on M&A transactions. She holds a B.A. in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Phylia Phoon is the Operations Manager and Team Assistant at Felix Capital. She has previously worked as an executive assistant at Advent Venture Partners, Cocosa, Bauer Media, AOL Inc., and fish4. Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, she is fluent in English, Malay, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

René Rechtman is co-founder of Moonbug Entertainment, a children's content company started in 2018 that has grown to 500m viewers. He previously served as Maker Studios' Head of International, CEO of Goviral (later sold to AOL), CEO of AOL BeOn, and SVP of AOL International, and earlier spent eight years growing TradeDoubler into a performance marketing platform that he helped take public. He holds an MSc in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Copenhagen and is an angel investor in media, gaming, and tech businesses.

Stephanie Phair is Chief Customer Officer at Farfetch, overseeing marketing, brand, consumer tech products, the Private Client business and retail innovation strategies. She previously served as President of THE OUTNET.COM, which she launched in 2009, and was an Executive Board Member of the NET-A-PORTER Group, and earlier led business development and product at Portero and worked in communications and marketing roles at American Vogue, Issey Miyake and Siren PR. She holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

Tessa Jaspers is an Investor at Felix Capital. Before joining the firm, she worked as an Investment Banker at Jefferies, focusing on software with aggregate deal values exceeding £2bn. She holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from Delft University of Technology and a Masters in Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and has lived in eight countries across three continents.

Tom Ryan is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and board member who serves as CEO and President of Paramount Global Streaming, having co-founded and led the internet television platform Pluto TV before its $340m acquisition. He was previously CEO of Threadless (2008–2012), held a digital strategy and business development role at EMI Music, was part of the early team at Virgin Mobile USA, and co-founded the online music service Cductive. He holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Willian Shiang is Chief Operating Officer at Felix Capital. He previously spent six years as COO/CFO of Felix Capital portfolio company YOOBIC, where he helped grow the business from $5m to $35m ARR and raise a $50m Series C from Highland Europe. Earlier, he worked for a decade at The Carlyle Group in Sao Paulo and London on consumer growth and buyout deals, and began his career as a consultant at A.T. Kearney. He is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 17) with an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in international relations from UPenn, and a BS from ITA in Brazil.
