Jacob Donnelly is a Partner on the Double Impact team at Bain Capital, which he joined in 2016. Maggie Curtiss joined Bain Capital in 2023 and serves as General Counsel for the Double Impact business. She previously worked as a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where she focused on private equity transactions. She holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BS in policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a member of the Massachusetts state bar.

Nathaniel Denby is a Vice President on the Double Impact team at Bain Capital, which he joined in 2020. He previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. He holds an MA in international relations and modern history from the University of St. Andrews.
