Lincoln Easton is Head of Legal and Compliance at Verdant Capital, an investment bank and investment manager operating on a pan-African basis with offices in Johannesburg, Ebene, Accra, Harare, Kinshasa, and Frankfurt. An admitted attorney in South Africa, he holds a BSc in Human Anatomy and Genetics & Developmental Biology, an LLB, and a 2015 LLM in Commercial and Business Law, all from the University of the Witwatersrand. He began his legal career in 2010 at HR Levin Attorneys and has worked in corporate commercial law, with additional interests in banking, competition, and consumer law.

Rob Phillpot co-founded Aconex, a Melbourne-based construction-technology company established in 2000, which he built alongside Leigh Jasper into a cloud-based platform operating in 42 cities before its 2018 sale to Oracle for $1.6bn. Prior to Aconex, he worked on high-rise projects for the Australian construction company Multiplex. He is a Founding Partner of Glitch Capital, a venture fund focused on early-stage technology startups, and is involved with Gravel Road Ventures and the Gravel Road Foundation.

Technology executive with over 20 years' experience across start-ups and blue-chip companies in Australia, Europe, the US and Asia, including business development roles at Yahoo, ECI Telecom, Energis/Cable and Wireless, and Cisco. He co-founded and led property investment platform BrickX and is an active technology investor. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School and a computer science degree from UTS.

Sam Kroonenburg is CEO and Co-Founder of Cuttable, an automated content creation platform that uses AI and automation to enable marketers to develop full campaigns efficiently. He previously co-founded A Cloud Guru, an online learning platform that has served over 4 million individual users and more than 4,000 organizations in cloud computing education. Kroonenburg also serves as a Venture Partner at AirTree and SecondQuarter Ventures, advising early-stage technology companies.

Leigh Jasper is co-founder and Co-CEO of Firmable, and serves as Chair of Glitch Capital and SecondQuarter Ventures. In 2000, he co-founded Aconex, a cloud collaboration platform for managing construction projects, and led it as CEO through several capital raisings, an initial public offering, and its 2018 acquisition by Oracle.
